Is not, is comum here, im live in this region, this kind of spider, hunt together, so the spiders build the web and stay close each other, looks like a spider rain, but is not. Normaly they hunt at night, so the spiders build the web in the afternoon, hunt all night and in the morning leaves the location, that species of spider are not poisonous. It's not the apocalipse, is just the nature.
