@@skagenpige88 hmm. I don't know actually, I've never been in that situation. I guess my first thought would be to fire them, not go to the judge. @@druelia9485 Well...the problem is that you are entitled to a lawyer, whatever/whoever you are. So if she cant find a lawyer the whole system falls apart o_O? Which is why the judge have to force someone to represent her....its not a good solution but otherwise ppl could just delay trials by harassing their lawyer? When it comes to the let me speak to your manager vibes....I don't think she have asked for something totally unreasonable. I would agree with her that she need representation becouse someday I might go insane and play hide and seek again when im 120years old and forget about them and go to bed while their still hiding o_O?

@@RDFitzwater I completely agree. The narcissist in her is simply mind boggling. Just listening to the letters about her wanting to be personally involved in every tiny aspect of her defence shows her narcissistic traits...in her head she genuinely believes that she will be found not guilty - as obviously these types of people believe that they control the narrative. I mean, her interrogation video says it all...as she keeps saying "yeah I locked him in the case & he died..but it was not intentional"! She thinks that as she apparently didn't mean for him to die, that it was an 'accident'..the police should have been "oh well that's just fine then, thanks for popping in to clear that up for us...have a nice life". Her complete lack of empathy, guilt and grief in that video is shocking to everyone else but she will never see that. xx

She just has no empathy for herself, him or the world and its sad. I just wish the NSA could tell us how the fuck he got in that suitcase because we should all know. Based on her vibe and the people like her I have met my guess is they abused each other and she snapped. Somehow then I suspect she knocked him out or drugged him and he woke up in there. I would say his death is up there with being buried alive in terms of how horrible it is to feel that helpless. It makes me wonder, what happens to his soul? Does he start out born damaged like those kids that are somehow seem to be born emotionally damaged? That would explain why the world keeps getting worse, like the 6th mass extinction and slavery issue is creating more suffering than ever before. As the populations rise there are also now more slaves on earth than before in number. Depending on your definition on the spectrum of slavery it is millions or billions of people. Enslaved mentally, emotionally, spiritually and sometimes physically. But Why pay for housing or food for your slave when you can instead force them to work while homeless instead? What nations have the highest numbers of working homeless people….?? USA much? That is not allowing people the ability to pursue transcendence.

I have been following this case. Her battered wife defense is a joke. If you listen to the detectives' interviews and the details, Brian, her ex husband said that Sarah is the type of alcoholic that drinks until the alcohol runs out. She can't stop drinking after a couple glasses. Jorge and Sarah were both drinking all day that Sunday. I'm sure Jorge got into the suitcase as a fun thing. It was probably like "Let's see if you can fit in the suitcase. That would be funny" kind of thing. That night Sarah had twice as much alcohol available because Jorge was in the suitcase and couldn't drink the alcohol that was meant for him. The main video was made at 11:12 p.m. Jorge had already been in the suitcase for a while because he was complaining about not being able to breathe and the suitcase was on the first floor. The suitcase started out on the second floor. Sarah pushed him down the stairs in the suitcase. The next door neighbors heard that. The detectives think that she beat him with a baseball bat that they found near the suitcase. She beat him while he was in the suitcase. They have a history of domestic violence. She didn't want to let him out because she knew that he would have kicked her ass. But here is the thing that makes it murder: Sarah didn't wake up until Brian called her the next afternoon around 12:30 p.m. Jorge had already been in that suitcase for over 13 hours. He must have already been dead and silent in the suitcase before Sarah went to bed. She must have been up drinking until 2:00-3:00 in the morning. She had twice as much alcohol available that night. She must have known that he was dead. She thought it was a good idea at the time. She probably felt like she was not responsible for it. It wasn't like she was pulling a trigger or beating him to death. She just wasn't going to let him out. "That's on you." "That's my name. Don't wear it out."

I think a defense attorney could deal with that and just do the job and get it over with. But the price the system is asking an attorney to pay, is having their name forever associated with a case like this. Many among the public are going to view him or her negatively, no matter what they do. People like us can look beyond one case, because we understand that someone has to defend her... if she will let them. I'd like to see her self-represent, at this point. It's unfair on attorneys to have to rep her, given the intense public spotlight.

The video taken by the accused didn't require them to get a confession, but there's still a level of professionalism that should be observed. It's very possible they're untrained, but all officers should know to talk less and listen more. Most interrogators I’ve watched all act like the nice cop trying to gain trust and make them think they’re on your side and then hit it with the evidence at the end. The only thing they could’ve done that for is finding a motive, however I’m sure they didn’t want to hand her a self defense idea of a motive since she’s so dumb to think of it herself so that makes sense to me lol

I don't doubt that Sarah Boone is insufferable but that doesn't change the fact that this current attorney hasn't done his job properly. He wanted off the case and for the longest time wouldn't even meet with her or answer her calls. The judge had to set him straight on that one. How are you supposed to come up with a defense strategy if your own attorney won't talk with you and goes against your wishes when you have the right to be in the courtroom even for these kinds of things. If even 1/10th of her complaints in her letters to the judge are real then this attorney needs to be reprimanded. I honestly don't believe him that experts don't want to be involved because of how much press this case has gotten. Yeah, it looks really bad for her but she still deserves a robust defense. I have a really bad feeling that most of those irreconcilable differences with these lawyers is that they want to her to plea out so that they can clear the case and she refuses. Which is her right.

The nerve of asking for your drink while standing in the blazing hot Florida sun in the hottest time of the day! The nerve of asking for a cigarette to calm one's nerves after the adrenaline dump that just transpired! I swear people are such judgmental & self-righteous hypocrites. They never hold themselves to anywhere near the same standards. On another note, Sarah didn't "stuff him in a suitcase"... let's not forget, the complete fool got in willingly & LET HER zip him into a vulnerable position, knowing that she was completely drunk AND that they had a rocky relationship & had badly treated her in the past! So let's not twist the facts & claim she is totally culpable; HE is ALSO partially responsible for his own demise! Neither of them would be in this position if not for his stupidity and poor treatment of her as well! I also object to the self-righteousness of everyone in these comment sections who love to make these grand assertions & pot shots against people they don't even know based on a snapshot of someone's life. They say with such superiority that Oh SHE'S EVIL & the most difficult person who EVER walked the earth, she's a narcissist & a monster!! Do any of you self-righteous hypocrites even know her?? Do you judge YOURSELVES as scrupulously? Sarah made a very stupid, reckless decision while very drunk & all the anger at the abuse got a hold of her. Also her desperation has likely brought out the very worst of her character in the interrogation, which is where most people judged her & wrote her off as trash. Another point is if he had never abused or mistreated this woman, she wouldn't have been tempted to get back at him when given the opportunity. Not that it was right by ANY means that she didn’t let him out, but you reap what you sow; he sowed violence & he reaped violence.

I've watched the video on this girl, Sarah! She was pretty entertaining to watch. You have to know that any attorney that see's her name goes running the opposite direction! Lol! Anyway, great content as always. I'm wearing your snitches hat most days!!! See ya soon!!

As much as I shudder of how Boone's victim must have felt during that brutally slow death, how deeply sad for his daughters and how much of an eerily narcissistic person Boone is, I wish to thank you for the moments of laughter that help to let out the tension. This Boone person is not a monster as they are myths, and she is not an animal as animals kill out of fear or when hunting. She is a slimy piece of a human being. Thank you for the time you give to educate your audience.

I immediately clicked!!! BR is the only one who breaks this down with sense! And thank you to his brilliant Son too!!! It looks so bad on her that she’s going through 6-7 lawyers. So bad.

I always wondered where that phrase came from .."get her done".. does it have some kind of southern farming genesis?

This is one of the most disgusting crimes that I've heard of. She is completely without a shred of conscience or humanity. It actually made me feel ill.

She’s already admitted to manslaughter multiple times. So I can’t imagine a situation where she’s acquitted.

I appreciate you speaking well of the PD’s. My son was a PD and they do have a great number of cases and their support staff are also carrying a heavy load. Keep up the great work.
