Is yeet a new word? I heard my grandchild use it & a lawyer during the Depp Heard hearings & now it's all over. I need to complain to Mr. Webster. I need to be advised that an update needs to occur to my language banks. Especially a cool word like yeet. Tomorrow's words for the day. I wanna be a cool granny. Did you always know it, I mean did it come along as an age appropriate learning & it skipped me? Or did it come as we started having more exposure to law?

The guy @10:00 was found to be criminally insane. He’s now in a mental institution. It’s one of the interrogations they cite when showing someone who’s truly crazy and not acting
@georgejackson4426
@georgejackson4426 9 ай бұрын
That guy covered the body and tried to flee to Canada which clearly means he knew what he was doing was wrong. He must have had one hell of an attorney because under M'Naghten even Richard Chase, Herbert Mullins and Colin Ferguson were found sane and able to assist in their defense. (I've interviewed both Ferguson and Mullins and to this day they are delusional and not getting ANY counseling in prison.) I've worked at hospitals for the criminally insane and advanced mental illnesses and I have no idea how any criminal would prefer being committed to going to prison. A few times we had people who had fooled the system and within a month they were begging to go to prison.

When that clip came up and saw his outfit I recognized it right away, I watched that video a while back. Still pretty chilling to hear just how methodical it was and how open he was to it, like describing a shopping trip
@skellious
@skellious 9 ай бұрын
@@danestrentonas an autistic person myself I instantly recognised it. The speech pattern, the focus on facts with no thought given to feelings, yet a thorough methodical analysis was used to select the victim, and a rigid adherence to getting numbers precisely right such as the 1.7 miles. Although he obviously also had some form of clinical insanity, since while I can appreciate analytical reasoning, I also have an incredibly strong moral code which includes not harming others. To be fair he might have had one too, for example he might not think you should ever lie. But his clearly didn't include not murdering people.
@DerAptrgangr
@DerAptrgangr 9 ай бұрын
@@skelliousas weird as it is, him picking someone "with the least impact" could be seen as an extension of that kind of rigid moral code as well. But I also agree that there's certainly more than just autism going on here. This sounds pretty psychopathic/sociopathic.

@@skellious had a friend whos little brother was autistic pretty deep. No athletic skills, barely talked and had hand gestures for every emotion that he couldnt put into words but if we played a video game with him in the room, he would literally record that game in his brain perfectly and if we replayed it lets say the next year he would tell us everything we forgot about the previous run the year prior

Probably wont be his experience, prisoners usually get at other prisoners for crimes against children. A lot of the criminals who would do that kind of payback have done the same thing to women, they don't penalize behavior they are fine with. But while he sounds so cold, just a reminder that a lot of grapists aren't these sexual deviants looking for victims, they are random average people who sound like him. In a psych class in college I analyzed recordings of confessions, so many of them were like, "yeah she tried to fight me/run away/leave. Or yeah she said no and was crying, but we were already there. Or, but I wanted it and it didnt seem that bad. Or, I just wanted to finish so it could be over" A lot don't realize the impact on the victim and dont see it truly as a crime. Be careful out there and carry a method of self defense on your body.
@karadiberlino

@@LimitedonathiosWith your mindset you shouldn‘t be near a psych class. Yes a 17yo is IN FACT a child, a minor. A woman is a female with a fully developed brain (so not under 25) and can see through male BS. Stop defending pedos and rapists! Better tell them to stop looking at young women as objects they want to rub their penis against. Should make more sense to you or else you will be part of the problem. Too many shrinks will always blame the victim…

I was in court, my one and only offense, for assault, and I was the last person to be seen that day. I heard the judge say "well that was it, what a slow day" to the prosecutor. I leaned in and sai "you know if you guys are bored then just let me out and I'll go commit some more crimes". Hindsight is 20/20, not my smartest move, but they started laughing their ass off and the next time I seen him a week later he remembered me and cleared my record.😂

I was once a juror in a case with 5 defendants, all bikies (I’m in Australia) with one of the largest and meanest gangs, and watched HOURS and HOURS of interviews, and was quite surprised not one of them asked for a lawyer! BTW yes they were all convicted, and we had 28 charges to consider. Was very interesting apart from the couple of days a group of their supporters/molls walked past us outside going, “That’s the jury there”. And we live in a city that is quite small and it’s not unlikely we’d see them again around the CBD or even somewhere else. In fact lots of their crimes happened quite close to where lots of us live/d.

I dunno what it is about seeing "supporters/molls" written in text but fuuuuck that made me laugh so much. Running that gauntlet must've felt quite tense though. I'm guessing from context you might have been in SA, there's so much bikie shit here that never makes the news.

Weird they don't take you out a different exit so they wouldn't know who you are. That's what it was like for me in Brisbane but maybe smaller towns/courts are like that. Very sketchy and dangerous

I love your videos. I respectfully disagree about the generalized characterization of people with autism. In fact, a large number of us are diagnosed very late in life because we have so few noticeable differences :) And hopefully not comparable to someone deemed an insane killer LOL!

On cuffs: I got picked up by bounty hunters early one morning. I was cuffed and in the backseat of their car. Caught. Going to jail. However, on the way these two bounty hunters stopped at the house of some other fugitive who they expected to catch on her way to work. I had been polite and seemed u threatening, so they thought it not a bad idea to leave me alone in the backseat. Bad move. I was taught as a soldier it was my duty to attempt escape. While these 2 buffoons were trying to go tactical on the house, I slipped through my cuffs. Bringing them from behind me to in front. Keys left in the ignition. Geniuses, these two. Still cuffed I hit reverse to drive, and was gone into morning traffic. Now the cuffs. Not a real problem. I drove straight to 42nd St and 8th Ave in Manhattan(NY, NY). There is a large concentration of sex shops there. These shops specialize in dildos, sex dolls, lotions, porn and peep shows. And, of course: Handcuffs. It's hard to be a self-respecting pervert without some quality restraints. 3 sex stores later, I found a pair with a key that worked. Poof, no more cuff. Later that night I dropped the car off right in front of the bonding agency. I eventually I was rearrested for the charge which I skipped bail on. I am not delusional, I knew the day would come. It just wasn't going to be that morning or by some gay-ass bounty hunters. I got 364 days for the charge and had the $5,000 bail revoked---not my problem. My ppl paid a dope fiend with a job to sign for the bond. Poor dope fiend. I was never charged with stealing the car.

Yeah the guy in the suit is definitely on the spectrum. The spectrum of autism and cognitive disabilities is so wide it's fascinating. My oldest son is autistic but he is the biggest sweet heart and gentle, but can explain things in the same dry way.

Good on your for giving him the benefit of the doubt but that guy is pure evil. To specifically choose his own friend to kill is worse than killing a stranger because he thought it out. Btw I like that neck tat!

@eekwibble he could be both on the spectrum and a psychopath...I think that's what the original comment meant. Not that people with autism are all like him

@TMeyer-ge5pj oh yeah I didn't take it that way like there all the same. I do think he is obviously on the spectrum and obviously a psycho lol its just fascinating to me honestly how wide the spectrum is and how other disorders , mental illnesses, and just personalities are so vastly different. Amd yes he knew what he was doing was wrong and obviously lacks empathy and should always be considered dangerous
