I'm 56 years old and disabled. Going to get back to bodybuilding. This fires 🔥 me up. On December 24, 2021, I fell and lost my balance which includes my strength in my legs. In other words, I couldn't walk but crawling. Went to the hospital to recover and to rehabilitation. Later, I recover strongly and went home on February 15. I had a physical therapist came to my house for leg 🦵 exercises. Two months later, I started to perform 100 bed situps and 100 wheelchair push-ups ♿ for 6 months. I became more stronger than ever before. My walking 🚶♂️ is improving and continuing to do exercise daily 💪. More to come in 2023.

What a great episode. Shay travels well. He'll always have a job in media IMHO. Got to love how down to earth the legendary Phil Heath is. Most impressive indeed.

1:55 Phil did not mention it, but his grip eliminates callouses. He is pulling with his mid-fingers, not the base of his fingers.

Shannon should’ve invited Kai Greene to the gym in the middle of the session 😂😂

Lol Phil Heath says he wants his contributions to the world to be on his headstone, not being 7X Mr. Olympia.. C'mon that is a MASSIVE contribution to this world bro! Especially if you take a look at how much the title has bounced around since 2017, its absolutely an accomplishment worthy of highlighting for anyone who comes to pay their respects at your headstone!

Shannon Sharpe was a beast on the field and still looks in shape to game to this day! Even better shape than some of the current young dudes out there. Big Bronco fan and Shannon Sharpe is a class act!

It always intrigues me to see athletes from different sports come together for videos like this. The insight and best of both worlds.

Soooo lucky, to be able to get into serious shape at 55yo, recently. I'm only doing a pull up based workout but serious results after 9 months.
