Beautiful hair! I love clay washing! You can use clay instead of shampoo. I alternate washdays between the 2. My favorite is to combine rhassoul and bentonite. Rhassoul is cleansing, bentonite is detoxifying. I can mix in aloe Vera juice, acv, water, tea, or sometimes rice water for great healthy cleansing and SUPERIOR curl clumpage for my 4c hair.

I believe your hair is defined because you were shingling. It doesn’t matter what product you use, as long as you shingle, your hair will come out defined.

Your hair is beautiful! It is not 4c, you have 4b hair due to the clumps on mini coils

Not true. If you moisturize 4C hair enough and keep on your routine of putting GOOD products in your hair it will show the curl pattern that 4C hair actually has. Also, the longer 4C hair gets the weight of the hair will elongate the curls. I have 4C hair and I thought I did not have a curl pattern and I wouldn’t even let someone call themselves being nice saying my hair had tight curls. In my view, I had nappy hair and that was just the truth of the matter. Once I started continually putting stuff in my hair from my kitchen ONLY, I saw that I too had curls, in fact, and not nappy hair. I put fermented rice water, avocados, bananas, homemade vinegars, oils and butters. I haven’t shampooed or conditioned my hair in about a year now. Yah put what we need in this earth, man put their factory made stuff on a shelf in a store with ingredients you can’t pronounce with all types of endocrine disrupters in them. Yes, she have well cared for 4C hair...WELL CARED FOR!
