Lot of depression going around and they aren’t checking their hormones first. Instead they’re given antidepressants. Unfortunately.

@@maxcole3930 It didn't fall apart . The handrail washer was likely not tightened down before shooting . Once it came loose it stripped the thing . So the KZbinrs likely didn't check it first

@@cramerlong2276 Sounds like you didn't even watch the video. It broke twice. One out of the box, the second time after he reinstalled the new part, which I'm sure he tightened up after. It's a $2400 firearm, it shouldn't be this way out of the box. It shouldn't be this way after replacing the part either.

Tactical Considerations did a review on this and the rail came off while shooting it. Sent it back and had it fixed and it did the same thing again.

all companies make turds. what makes a company a good company is the ability to admit mistakes and fix them. hopefully they take a close look at this to see if it is a one off or something to be concerned about.

Sounds like their design was strong enough for a pistol round but failed with rifle caliber.

I've been wanting to buy a mk47 for while. But I would rather have original if it's that much tougher. The forward charging handle & folding stock or brace is awesome. But your only gonna shoot it with stock deployed & you don't run the charging handle that much unless you only using 5 -10 round mags. So I want which ever is the real mutant! . Kinda need see the meltdown for that. I haven't seen anyone run a dissent on a mg lower though have you?

Theres gotta be a way for a company to integrate a LRBHO feature into AK mags to work congruent with the AR bolt catch design. If that happens, it will really bridge the gap. CMMG, make it happen.

I just received the new MK47 Resolute that came with a bolt stop/release installed. This is not the Dissent! It’s not a last round bolt hold open due to the AK magazine but it’s still a good feature for those that were complaining that the platform didn’t come with one.

I bought one in the Titanium finish. I installed a buffer tube adapter and put on a Magpul stock - far more stable than the cheesey plasticy side folder. I run iron sights only so the long section of rail gives you a decent sight radius. Only issue is a sticky bolt after 40 or so rounds. Probably due to extractor band being a little oversized. Got a spare BCG on the way just to have on hand.

After seeing One Come apart at about 350 rounds comma sent the part at about same round Count the Handguard was Moving Forward with a Gap That is an issue , i would like to see someone else Put a lot of Rounds through it, and see If it was just one , But having the same Problem around 350 rounds ,I will have to see that problem Permanently Fixed ?

I will say this to hopefully draw more attention to this fact. You have an AR-15 pattern rifle with a bolt release on it. If you took an m70 ak magazine with a high follower on the magazine then why can't someone modify the receiver on one of these hybrid rifle lowers so that bolt release interfaces with the magazine and then you could drop the bolt on last round. The rifle could still use regular akm magazines in addition to m70 magazine or even a proprietary magazine that allows for a higher magazine tab to interface with the bolt stop or whatever technical term locks the bolt to the rear on interfacing with the magazine. It is my dream to be a unicorn operator on the range and put 200 rounds through a rock and lock with a last round bolt hold open (Yes I know it exists on the FAL, but FALs use bullets that are double the cost) and then get bored and go home after getting a decent enough group at 20 yards

Got mine in 3 days ago.went out today and gave up after 150 rnds. Failure to feed every 3 to 5 rounds. I used 5 different magazines 6 different ammo types and manufacturers. So disappointed. It was smooth and accurate just not reliable for anything. I’m gonna try again before it hits the sale block though.

Do you think the Dissent mk47 or dissent 9mm is worth the price increase over the standards ones? It's roughly a 400-600 dollar difference depending on which models. the side folding stock or brace option is awesome but realistically your gonna have them deployed when shooting. I wanna buy a cmmg 9 having hard time deciding weather I should build my own 9mm banshee with bolt & barrel kit or get the Dissent 9mkg? Any suggestions? I built my own cmmg banshee dedicated 22lr pistol & it saved me a lot of coin! Is the Dissent with the cost!??!

I think you mean muzzle break, not buffer. The MB/flash hider needs to be permanently (welded or pinned) to count as part of the barrel length.

Bolt is a complete redesign from Gen 1 comparison vids I've seen, I think the new extractor is larger, the bolt face is crazy robust on these.

This rifle, like the original MK-47 (aka the Mutant) uses an AR-10 sized bolt in a modified carrier. It has never had the problems that some hogged out 5.56 bolts had.
