Katy is better at belting whereas Kacey is better at the slow harmonies. Katy doesn't have as much control over her voice when she is singing softly. Kacey can't belt it. That's why they aren't competitors in the music industry.

True fact. I also loved that Katy sung marry go round with her which is really country but I didn’t like her voice on that since I prefer to hear Katy on a pop rocky music with mid-high belts. She was on pitch but I didn’t like her tone that much. This one though was great since it actually shows her ability to make clear high belts and Kacey didn’t do so bad either.

It must be a challenge to do these artist mashups with different vocal range. Katys vocals are a little deeper than Kacys, so on Kacys songs Katy sounded kinda weird, and on Katys songs it sounded a little too low for Kacy.

I definitely chose this performance than their's Merry Go Round though, at least in this one Kacey sounds like a background singer, but at Merry Go Round Katy stand out with her ad lib and improv, but not in a good way (it definitely not smooth)
