The price point is very smart. We have a company in Kelowna, Canada. That does luxury picnics but they charge $1,000 and it’s not much different. For that price, I’ll just go buy my own stuff from winners and set it up myself for my friends. For a few hundred but these women have done the best thing, I’d just pay for them to do it at those prices. Awesome!! Keep it up

@douba_plusa 3 жыл бұрын
@@kayw1771 well in my city on the east coast, people throw their own picnic gatherings. They ask friends for tarps, fold up tables, and may even build their own wooden structures. This applies to people aged 16-50. These two could make money on the east coast, but they’d have to pick the right city. I think part of the fun for the gatherings for most people is putting it all together
@peterparker2068
@peterparker2068 3 жыл бұрын
@@douba_plusa I think it depends on the location. Some people just pay for convenience. Look at all the food delivery apps that up charge on every item plus a delivery fee on top of it. They just happen to be a good location where people were willing to pay for this kind of service. Also, I think there is a pent-up demand to spend money and do something since most of America has been locked down where the only people could spend money on was food delivery and streaming entertainment. I am curious if they will still see demand as more of America open up and people can do other things than stay at home.

I didn't know this was a thing until my husband surprised me with one! Not with this company, but it's the same thing. We had a lovely time with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

@@displayname8771 it’s only exploitation if they feel taken advantage of. If they leave satisfied it’s called a successful business transaction.
