Great stretches, Mandy! And love how you focus on body alignment before you even start the stretch!

@@SWIMVICE i watch your videos mostly for inspiration. The one gripe (?) I have is that swimming is so hard to understand where u at, which problems u have in strokes etc. How do u work qith clinics? U film under and or over water? How do i reconize faults when swimming mostly alone?

TheVikingquest If you have help you can have someone take a short video of you with a smart phone just above water you can see quite a bit from your own swimming just by looking at an above water video. However, certain things that I discussed on other videos, like manipulating a certain part of the stroke were you with purpose put yourself in the wrong position so you feel what happens to your body position and then you correct it helps build awareness in the water to where you can physically feel a significant difference. For example, if you’re swimming freestyle and you lift your head on purpose to feel the tension in your neck and feel what happens to your body position and then you immediately relax your head position and let it fall your fill right away which option is better. This type of strategy will help you build awareness in water and overall will help you feel what needs to be corrected. Hope this helps!-Coach M

hi, coach, mandy, i can do 1000 meters just by kicking without stopping. In the case where I do 4 leg kicks, I would like to know if the 2 leg kicks are performed on the same right arm?

Hey Coach Mandy, I asked you on a previous video if you could do a video on ankle flexibility and I did not know that you already had one available on your channel. This was a great video and I will incorporate this into my day at least three times!!! I think since it's the weekend I will cut on the TV and go to your channel and watch a couple of your videos 😉

Hi Adrian! Yes I actually responded to your earlier question about ankle flexibility exercises with the direct link to this video. So I'm glad you found it! I will be making more videos on this subject and going into more detail to improve this part of the kick. Try adding these flexibility exercises daily if you can. Also, if any of these videos you want to refer back to in the future, you can save to your own playlist so they are easier to find. 🙌👍 -Coach M
