It would be better if we could see one of them doing these side or 3 quarter view. Form is so important especially deadlifts. Great workout! I’ll give it a try.

Nice workout - that bell sound is really annoying, so it makes the video hard to watch without turning off the volume, but then I'd be missing out on Coach Ali's great coaching

Thanks for letting us know Abbas, it's an interesting perspective. It should get your attention so you know when to start your set (especially if someone is distracted) . I wonder if other people find the bell sound annoying? Please comment and let us know. It's not difficult to replace that with a more subtle tone for future videos if more people give us the same feedback regarding the start bell.

@@CoachAli Thanks for your reply Coach Ali - I think as someone else mentioned, could be as simple as bringing down the volume on the bell, or using a sort of beep sound - typical on various HIIT timer apps. But yea, maybe it's just me. Perhaps it would be good to have some short technique-focused videos as well - that way, there is no workout or beep, but mainly coaching on how to do e.g. a proper squat, or top 10 dumbbell moves for upper body etc -- great channel either way!
