Combined this workout with the 30min isometric/isotonic and the fat burning cardio workout. This turned out to be an excellent combination of workouts today...... Thank You Coach and Steph

I don't understand how all these people can lower the dumbbells to below their knees without curving their spine. I can get mine to barely below my crotch. Is it something that you can do when you get more fit or it just that you can either do it or not?

not everyday create a schedule for what muscle groups to work on because it needs to rest and repair it’s mostly about nutrition working out is only 30% of it

these are low impact exercises and nutrition is not a big deal. they could be done every other day or even daily... but i recommend people to do lower back machine which builds the lower back and make it thicker so you can twist freely

@@thegefster1988 you should do the exercises according to the form guide. If your back is hurting through any exercise you are probably doing them incorrectly. Ideally have a mirror in front of you and make sure your form matches with our guide (and as you see us do) 👍🏻
