Loved the pace ... Didn't realize time had gone. There were drills (probably not this particular one) where I have had to look at Steph's foot motion because Coach Ali's black sneakers blend with the background. In one of the drills it would have helped to have a side view just to be sure. Great stuff - loving the variety of the workouts!

First of all, your workouts are very"doable" by everyone, beginner or advanced, the peace of the rytm allowed you to focus on having a good form of exercises, you also can go quite heavier and still to perform them right;you hit all muscles here, I enjoyed the squat to rdl, isometric lunge with rotation, frog bridge pump, fire hydrant pulse and all uper body combinations ass well!!! P.S Im following you guys since you came on KZbin, I just haven't hade time, having years 2 jobs, to reply and interact with you!!!You rock guys!1😊🥰🥰

I love these workouts!!! Only tweak is wear lighter pants so I can see how ur legs are bending.. its hard to tell proper posture when the colors of ur pants are blending in to much with the back ground but other than that u guys are awesome!! I love this channel ❤

Loved it!! It was pretty intense! The isometric lunge with a twist and front press was a challenging one! I did well on my right side, and my left side was a little bit of a struggle! Overall, I enjoyed the workout! Thank you, guys!

Thanks for another great workout. The pace of the workout allows me to really concentrate on the muscles I’m using. What I really like about these workouts is that they are totally customizable I can go up or down in the weights that I’m using and I can repeat the same workout 3 times a week if I want and hit my strength training goals for the week. I can’t say it enough I really appreciate the effective and efficient workouts you share each week. Thank you!

@@iamstephdavies Hello, I just started doing your workouts about a month ago. I like the workout flow it helps with balance and coordination. I was able to work on balance during the lunge section of this workout and coordination in the bicep dumbbell around the head and the tricep press, down and back sections. The workout was great definitely feeling it today. Have a wonderful weekend!

Excellent workout, good verbal and physical instruction, I use 7 different weights for this and the rest times enable me to select the weight I’m going to use and get in position in time. Respect from UK.

Hi. I love your workout videos and religiously follow them. My question is when I do your 1000 calories burn workouts, I use 8 to 15 lbs. I do same exact moves what you do. How I can tell that I lost 1000 calories. I am 56 years old 5’1”female. I will appreciate your response. Thank you.

Hi Arifa, thank you so much for your support. It means a great deal to us and we appreciate you. Regarding your question, normally you would use some type of smart watch to calculate calories burnt however I can tell you that most smart watches work on heart rate rather than muscle contraction so they tend to under report calories for strength workouts and even over report calories for cardio workouts. I wouldn't worry so much about exact calories, however if you're interested in getting (or staying) lean then I would recommend following your strength workouts with our "secret to Burning Body fat" post workout fat burning workout video and also considering the rules in my diet videos. I've been working with clients for 26 years now, so I've seen quite a lot in this space. Let me know if you have any other questions or if I can assist further & thanks again for your support 🙏🙂
