Great talk, really bad production of the video. Waht is important at the time when he satrts to show the presentation is to be able to see the slides. We dont need to see him to be able to listen but we do need to see the slides.

WILLY MANSILLA “training” includes recovery. That means he had days where he would do dry land or active recovery drills.
