Coach, this is an excellent explanation of this. I have coached in the Air Raid in CA and we regularly passed for 3,000 yards with some pretty average guys. In fact, I threw my dang arm out doing this! I love having the QB go through all his reads even after throwing. And simulating man/zone drops, we never did that. Genius! I am a DC and glad I do not have to play you!

Tennis balls are great and we use them every day...but - we also use string balls for our receivers!!! They attach to the chain link fence and are a secret weapon!! Great stuff Coach “Joe”........love the ROA variation....have taken steal that!!!! Count me as a new fan for Coach Townsend!!!!
