Another great video guys, thanks, love watching you guys foraging. I remember seeing you in another video squeezing a tube of fresh garlic, if you buy them again, after opening the lids, before you put the lid back on, give the tube a squeeze to bring the garlic or ginger to the top of the tube, now put the lid on, this means only a tiny bit at the tip of the tube will go brown. Also don't keep them in the fridge instead put them in the freezer! It stops them from going off and they are ready to use again straight from the freezer, they do NOT freeze hard so when you take them from the freezer they are still soft and ready to use. Holy moly those crabs are HUGE! And they were just sitting at the edges of the rocks for easy picking, what a lucky find! You got so many big cockles too, it's so great to see the area just bursting with so much life!

Brilliant as always guys. I'm not a forager, but doing a lot of night lure fishing. I would definetely say the life is a lot easier to see under a head lamp. I've found a red lamp really good for spotting the eyes on shell fish, might work for the crabs and lobsters.

Where I live in Indiana, we hunt morel mushrooms in the woods in the spring and we get just as excited when we find big ones or large patches. We clean them and deep fry them and they are simply delicious! We hunt for hours on end and thoroughly enjoy ourselves! Mother Nature knows what’s good to eat!👍🤘😀

Hey guy's , great video! I'm a NW USA crabber / fisherman as well. We get some big rock crabs over here too.....but not quite that size! You guy's are lucky to have that type of rock crab that get that big......damn good eating! And hey , not sure if they sell " Old Bay " seasoning over where you are at , but it's extremely popular over here and really good! Old Bay , with a little beer.....then dip in a little butter , garlic and pepper........food for a king!

That looks amazing...here in florida in the states we get a crab that looks like that called a "stone" crab. They are delicious as well and as big as those as well (not all of them off course but some of the best most sweetest meat has come from one that big) I'm native American so i forage here allot too. We always LOVE what the sea has to offer. Good eating!!😉

That crab claw full of meat yum. Over here in Australia they call a mud crab claw (depending on where you catch the crabs) either a Northern Territory lollipop or Queensland lollipop so what you have there is a Guernsey lollipop.
