I'm pretty interested in working aboard one of these vessel's. I'm based in washington, have 24yrs of fishing experience on the Westcoast and Alaska. Recently decided to get out of the fishing industry and obtained my AB unlimited, BST/STCW, PSC, TWIC. How is the work schedule for coastal?

It depends on the mariner. A voyage is about 24 days. Typical schedules are two voyages on (with about 5 days off in Seattle between voyages) and one voyage off, or one voyage on/one voyage off. But a lot depends on how many voyages the mariner wants to work in a year.
