Before Atmosfear became atmosfear, the tower was an attraction that lifted you all the way up like a observatory , you could see all of gothenburg. From what i remember It had seats in the middle and you could walk up to the windows and look out. But this was like 20 years ago 😊

I’ve been to a fair share of theme parks, and I gotta say that Liseberg is without a doubt my favorite park. They do everything perfectly. It’s like they take everything that other parks do well, and just do it better. Helix is also my favorite roller coaster

I have been working at lisebergbanan for the last two years now and I’m so happy that you enjoyed it! I recommend riding it really late just before it closes, preferably when it’s raining, it’s a completely different experience! And don’t forget to keep your hands on the handle in front of you when the brakes come ❤

If I’m correct , “Helix” is based off a really old European sci-fi game - called helix, so the theme, music and name are all based off of that - glad you got to ride it - I travelled from the UK solo to do it back in 2018!

I got an evening ticket (19:00-23:00), best deal of my life! I lapped Valkyria like 6, 7 times because the single rider line was like a minute! Only Helix had really long queue times because there's no single rider line.

I live right by Liseberg, I can see Valkyria from the street and hear the screams if I have my window open haha! This video almost makes me cry, you guys really made a beautiful video. Also because you really seem to appreciate the park as much as I do!! You should definitely visit the park at Halloween, its aaaaamaaaaazing (and dark by 18 o'klock;))

Single rider at Valkeria is so helpfull, at my visit waittimes were at 90-120min and in the single rider 5-10min. Great Video

Literally one of the my top bucket list theme parks ever. Helix and Lisebergbanan are also some of my top bucket list coasters ever and the log flume looks very pretty, plus the scenery and nature looks gorgeous. Great vlog.

Yeah! Heck I was actually a little surprised to see the log flume still around. It is very old, dating back to 1973, and had been announced for a closure at the end of 2023, but I guess the backlash against that was so strong they decided to keep the ride. Goes to show how much people care about the classics, especially at a park that's as historic as Liseberg.

Amazing! Next you could do a coastin trough Europe Halloween or Winter edition! You are then able to see a lot of parks at night and get night rides as well wich is mostly only possible in the fall! There are so many parks with such an amazing atmosphere during halloween and winter/christmas period. Like Europa Park, Phantasialand etc! Night rides on Taron are fire!🔥 anyways just an idea. Loved the series thus far! 🤩

Oh yeah definitely. Taylor, Sarah, if you do end up ever making a coastin thru europe christmas trip, then you HAVE to stop by Tivoli Gardens. Seriously, their christmas stuff is some of the best around. They also have really solid halloween stuff happening, and they bring in tonnes of new structures and rides for both.

I love Liseberg. I was there last year Mid September, it was nearly empty and we did sooo many rides on all the coasters. The Food was awesome and even the Crew let us sit on the last ride on Valkyria.

Description of the darkride story: The story revolves around a secret underground realm called underlandet (swedish wordplay for underground and wonder world) inhabited by the Liseberg rabbits. The rabbits make their ”famous” carrot juice that is needed to power the rides! But the antagonist wants to ruin all the fun basically. So the rabbits live down there. And the plush in the giftshop is a kanelbulle, cinnamon bun which originates from Sweden.

Fun fact. The ferris wheel, Lisebergshjulet formerly known as Göteborgshjulet, was launched in 2010 down by the docks. Then it was moved to Liseberg in 2012.

Hotel Gasten introduced the policy of walking in a line with hands on shoulders due to previous incidents where guests became angry at the staff for scaring them (why enter a haunted house if you don't want to be scared???) and attacked them, with staff being hit and spat on. This happened many years ago, but the policy has remained. Hopefully, they will remove it soon, as during Halloween, they don't have this policy for the other scare walk thrus . Underlandet is the home of the bunnies that has previously been a secret from humans. The man who tries to sabotage Underlandet is the villain Måns Tråk ( his name is a play on words tråkmåns means killjoy), who is against everything that brings joy. So of course, he hates the bunnies because they are always so happy LOL.

Ugh I'm from Gothenburg. Back in the day I used to get the seasonal pass every summer. The school I used to go to was pretty close to the park, so me and some friends would sometimes just hit the park after school. And during summer break I used to go at least once a week. Now I moved to another country and I'm lucky if I get to go to the park at least once a year.

About Aerospin. They configured it that it is very hard to flip over. The first and scond year was better. Then you could do like 80 flips cause it was to "violant". They also did it to Mechanica. They put magnetic breakes on the sofas unfortanly. I liked it much better before they added brakes on it.

Keeping your hands on the shoulders allows the scare actors to do a lot more. Your experience would worsen if you were allowed to walk freely as the group wouldn't stick together. It's not just a safety thing. I've gone through the maze plenty of times and despite the ''completely ridiculous policy'', I've been in groups where people completely break and disobey the rules. It's nice that you two are confident in the fact that you wouldn't break them yourselves. But that isn't the case with the average park guest. Nice to see others enjoying the maze as well and hopefully you don't go through with people that walk too quickly next time. 😅

16:40 I get those things to flip easily every time! So the secret is to put one up and one down. It then turns but after half a second you feel it slow down and stall. When that happens flip the wings as quickly as possible! Rinse and repeat. Don't use visual! Use your sense of direction!
