On an Airbus like this it's actually a bad habit, you can see the tiny pilot induced oscillations caused by over correcting. It was a good landing, but compare it to a lot of others and you'll notice the difference in the inputs

People often confuse a good landing with a smooth landing. In professional terms, being smooth is not the number one criteria of a good landing. Precision of the touchdown zone is. This guy touched down around 450 m, which is very good. But his approach was shallow ( much less than 3 degrees). You can see that visually (the apparent shape of the runway). It is confirmed by the radio altimeter calling 30 feet when he crosses the threshhold. (It should be 50 feet) If he had done that on a Boeing 777, he would have barely touched down on the runway limits (due to the length of the aircraft) Fly safely 😊

He did touch down on the double beam as is the ideal spot to touch down, but was technically ducking under the glide. The glidepath positions the aircraft to cross overhead the runway threshold by 50ft. The radio altimeter 'fifty' callout is triggered here way before than when the aircraft is overhead the threshold. Good touchdown though!
