Coconut Milk Layer
500 ML coconut water
500 ML coconut milk
50 g sugar ,you can adjust this amount depending on the sweetness of the coconut water.
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp agar agar powder
½ tsp salt
2 pieces pandan leaf
Optional: you can chop up some fresh coconut meat and add them in
to this layer for some extra texture.
Coconut Water Layer
1000 ML coconut Water
250 g sugar ,you can adjust this amount depending on the sweetness of the coconut water.
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp agar agar powder
