Unsalted Butter (softened) 30g
☘️ Coconut filling
Fine desiccated coconut 50g
Unsalted butter (softened) 25g
Egg 40g
Caster sugar 25g
Milk powder 8g
Brush with egg wash
☘️** Preheat the oven to 170/340F, bake at 170/340F for 20-22 minutes
