I would LOVE to make them but one question: do you bake them in the middle rack of the oven or the bottom? 😮😮😮😮

I made the buns today. K had a very hard time getting the dough to actually form after adding the butter. I had to add a bit of flour. It did not come out as fluffy but they are still deeeelicious!!❤

Hi Sydney thanks for your question 😀 The coconut centre gives them a slightly sweet edge but they are not super sweet 🥥🥥🥥
