The Legos were for dope money - she was either asked for that particular item, or, she was going to pawn them immediately. Being a star wars set - those are collectible, so easy to pawn, and also great for a gift! You know what a "booster" is? Drug dealers, or friends give them "shopping lists" and they go boost them. Drug dealers give you dope worth half the amount, or the friends pay half the amount in cash (which usually is then spent on dope, lol) The fact that she said she went to two different Walmarts is a pretty good indicator that she's a booster and this wasn't her first time.

Mentally ill people still know the difference between right and wrong, so a judge might order therapy be completed - while she's doing her time in prison.
