Thanks for your advice! I also still drink coffee through pregnancy, but cut my consume down to 1-2 cups per day. And i am happy to hear that it is totaly fine🤗

This vedio is quite helpful and comforting. I feel less guilty now. I kept drinking coffee almost daily when I get back to work in lactation. I pumped out the milk and threw it away for I was not sure if it is safe for my baby.😂

I had caffeine all of my pregnancy based on the guidelines no more than 200 mil I think. I’m gonna try and see how she is if I have my coffee after my morning feed

6 weeks postpartum and I’ve been drinking coffee (lactation and regular) almost everyday (had zero when I was pregnant). I can count the times I’ve had my coffee hot in one hand. 😅 Not complaining though. I’m just happy I can have a bit of caffeine now.

I thought you couldn't have energy drinks while nursing. Is that true? I'm 27 weeks pregnant. I haven't completely cut of caffeine but I have definitely cut back. I have two rug rats to care for so 2 cups of coffee a day is a necessity for me to make it through the day. I have one in the morning then one around 3-4ish. They're not big cup just your standard coffee cup.

It's true that energy drinks are not recommended during lactation. Congratulations on your pregnancy! I hear you. I have found cutting it out completely to be hard too, ;) but have definitely cut back and try to make it less strong than I used to.

Even for not pregnant or breastfeeding adult is recommended daily 400 mg as safe amount of caffeine per day, I never didn’t hear this high amount what you are talking about … are you serious ? 600mg is already too much and dangerous… Insane when someone is listening you. I am nutritionist and personal trainer and this is really hard to listen

@@KassiReyes every type has variety of mg of caffeine something I notice many do not pay attention to. The coffee I like had 40mg, but check a star bucks or a Dunkin even. Hint it’s way higher 😊
