Serge, if you ever get up north to Anchorage, Alaska, go to Cafe Del Mundo. their coffee is fantastic. if you ever get to Tucson or Phoenix, arizona, try Cartel coffee lab. their coffee is the highest quality i have found in this region of the united states

I have to say, as a result of this video, I've been getting more into coffee. It's brought me in touch with more folks from my community; smart people who are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. I'm definitely a coffee scrub, but the mocha I got when I visited Victoria at Hey Happy was amazing. It was surprisingly fruity and nothing like the chocolatey brew that I'm used to in New Zealand. Looking back I probably should have tried the others too, but I doubt I can make much out of the pourover coffees.
