Unfortunately there is no next video. We were planning on doing a series of videos on Cacao roasting but we got busy with other stuff and never got back around to it. We also sold the equipment so we have no plans on bringing it back.

Hello! We just have the Cacao Winnowing, Cracking and Roasting Tips at this time. We are planning on doing more cacao videos but we wanted to wait until we got better at making the cacao before we film and we just haven't had the time to practice. Hopefully we can get those video going soon.

What's it look like inside the bucket?

All the flakes that break off from the beans after we crack it get trapped in this winnowing machine. Once the beans go through the winnowing process, all that is left is the good part of the beans that we can make chocolate with and the waste is trapped in the bucket.

We do not plan on doing more of these videos right now. We got busy with other stuff and just haven't gotten back around to it. Maybe in the future.

This Winnower is a good and inexpensive option. We haven't used it much since we made the video, but when we were using it, it worked great and did what it needed to do. It's a simple machine that gets the job done.
