Just a few examples include FT's reporting on Wirecard, Olympus, and many others, as well as WSJ's coverage of Capital Assets and of course the old school Enron scandal. If you can record it legally, record it. If you need to write a receipt, write it on anything, gets a signature, get what you can because you don’t know what you might need. Use crayon and scrap paper if that’s all you have, DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT! And don’t toss it just because it isn’t immediately effective, it can be handy later.
