Cock and ball torture (CBT)[a] is a BDSM or sexual activity involving the application of pain or constriction to the penis or testicles. This may involve directly painful activities, such as genital piercing, wax play, genital spanking, squeezing, ball-busting, genital flogging, urethral play, tickle torture, erotic electrostimulation, kneeing or kicking.[1] The recipient of such activities may receive direct physical pleasure via masochism, or emotional pleasure through erotic humiliation, or knowledge that the play is pleasing to a sadistic dominant. Many of these practices carry significant health risks.[2]

For me, CBT is reconditioning. It can be used in an extremely harmful way when put in the hands of the malevolent players, as we’ve seen these last 20 months. We have been conditioned to believe that all people are sick and infectious and therefore we should be very afraid. Thanks CBT!

The biggest fault with CBT is that it ignores "Unreliable narrator" phenomena. Definition: "An unreliable narrator is an untrustworthy storyteller, most often used in narratives with a first-person point of view. The unreliable narrator is either deliberately deceptive or unintentionally misguided, forcing the reader to question their credibility as a storyteller." This means, people do not know their emotions, they lack proper education and they rely on other people to explain what they feel - they watch it in movies or read about it, then they use self prophecy and believe in other people's explanations. That is the biggest loophole of CBT. Some people deliberately delude themselves about their emotions - and CBT takes it all for granted. CBT does not doubt it, the therapy goes along with whatever emotionally unstable person is reporting - which oftentimes is skewed due to low education about psychological health. CBT ought to be banned, it is totally unhealthy and amateurish branch of psychology.
@rpforme4262 Жыл бұрын
@@ranc1977 actually some of this your thoughts ,I agree with that too.But I don't agree CBT must banned idea.Because human beings are social live and express themselves are most powerful organiser their thoughts and emotions.Sometimes person who take CBT, express him/herself other(wrong) way yes, but CBT not actual diagnose tool.This is helpful to stimulate good emotions for their lifes and act better for hard circumstances.Manage and support coping skills.
@ranc1977 Жыл бұрын
@@rpforme4262 Humanistic psychology does all that which you attribute CBT for. CBT is ableist therapy. CBT is form of narcissistic abuse. Therapy must not tell you what to do - otherwise that is coercive control and manipulation. Hence CBT is used as a weapon to silence victims of abuse and crime in politics and corrupt ambient - as a technique to dismiss whistle blowers. Since it is therapy of conformism and groupthink herd mentality, CBT would agree with Hitler in Nazi Germany. "The Martha Mitchell effect occurs when a medical professional labels a patient's accurate perception of real events as delusional, resulting in misdiagnosis."

"I think I am not Normal" That's actually a good thing. What most people associate with normal is actually what should be called 'average'. Society has labeled 'normal' that which is actually the socially acceptable level of neurosis. Actual Normal is a far more rare and complex level of cognitive discipline. Don't ever try to live 'up' to societies level of normal. Hyper normal is what you should be aiming for.

I'd love to know how CBT actually helps with people who are depressed because of trauma. There are so many reasons depression can kick in, I'm sure it can help for a bout of low mood, due to more futile reasons but telling someone who grew up in a dysfunctional environment to look at the positive learnings they got from it and how it made them stronger and that their carers did the best they could with the tools and awareness they had at the time is not going to lift their depression even in one million years.
@bboycarmos3 жыл бұрын
bboycarmos 0 secondi fa I am not an expert.. however what might help the mind "go new ways" is to hear things like: one is not alone with these kind of problems, nobody is happy or proud of all of his past, but one can start over and be the person that he/she wants to be. I like the kind of therapies that make you look ahead on to "new ways" and won't linger too much in the past than it is necessary
@interlene3 жыл бұрын
@@bboycarmos it's the nature of trauma to keep you in the past until you work with the trauma and process it a deeper level, which is not the cognitive level, so although the points you mentioned can help to some extent, it will be still very hard to create the life you want when you have self sabotaging mechanisms kickin' in every time you try to move on. Self sabotaging mechanisms are a result of trauma and if you don't work with that a t a deeper level you can't get rid of these mechanisms
