Holy fuck it might be better than the original. That's probably the song that got me hooked on them way back then over..20 years ago? 21? Holy fuck has it really been that long? I have no idea why I grabbed this cd but I did. Actually time consumer blew me away more than this but the entire album was just absurd. Never forgot them. This and system of a downs album, I got them together. I was so young but I couldn't believe how powerful the second stage turbine blade was, just pouring off emotion.

Long time fan of the band Rush, but Coheed and Cambria is the only band I’ve ever seen that can come close to them, in my opinion, and I know some may disagree. I love the fact that their musicianmanship is so off the charts and that they have albums based on science fiction novels!!!

I love how Josh plays juggernaut man and he even admitted to them and said this isn't how I would usually play but he switched out some of the technical high hat notes pennie would throw in there and made it work his own way. Sounds great

Coheed has never put out a bad record IMO. There’s never been a time where I’ve thought “This sucks. I miss the old Coheed.” I adore SSTB and IKSSE and will always love those records to death. But any time new Coheed drops it’s as exciting as the first time I ever heard them. I can always expect something totally fresh and creative. They’re a band that never gets stale. Every single record is a blast with banger after banger. It’s just impressive how consistently great they’ve been after two decades of making music. Vaxis II blows my mind just as much as the first two albums did.

I have only see Claudio play the baritone on 2 songs (sentry, and Hollywood the cracked) it's used to have a heavier sound to it correct? Idk must be a reason lol and he only uses the beautiful 8 string when he plays gravitys union (which makes sense, gravitys union has heavy sounding riffs)
