Underrated detail here: with all the strength that you have from tricking and the stretching throughout the years, I'm glad you didn't just say, "now let's stretch a little bit..." and then you just drop into the full side splits like it's nothing. Lol I feel like half of the beginner stretching videos on KZbin feature some person doing that and it's misleading for people like me who are naturally inflexible
