But in each case the Republicans refused to play ball. The way I look at it, if they're either not very good at their job because they should be paying attention to previous interviews even if they are not physically there for a given interview. After all they do work for a certain news network. Or they ask the same questions over and over to try and get someone to come up with different answers so they would look like they are lying. This specific case, I believe trump. He's never changed his story, why would he? We all have a transcript to read for ourselves. @Charles-A Rovira At least he's the first US President to have BALLS to MEET and talk with the North Korean leader to ease tensions. No previous President has had the guts to before him, choosing to only increase sanctions and ignore Kim Jong Un all together. Which arguably is worse without dialogue in my opinion. Yes it may legitimize a Dictator, but the U.S. has done and still does the same for other Dictator nations like back in the Soviet Cold war days, South Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, etc I think they're trying to play North Korea with the Soviet Union strategy and just cosy up to them since they're never going to fully disarm North Korea without a huge nuclear war of proportions leading to millions dead in South Korea and Japan so theyll just wait until eventual regime change or revolution from higher ups.
