This song...was one of my late best friends favorites. He and I went to high school together, joined the army and deployed together. Not just once, but twice to Taji Iraq, in 2004 and in 2008. When we got home in December of 2008, he was facing a divorce. On February 24 2009, he left for the Mall of America, from Arkansas, and hit a patch of black ice. He succumbed to the injuries from that roll over, and changed my life forever. It's been 13 years, but I still visit his grave 2 or 3 times a year. Thank you Scooter Ward, for the great memories I have tied to this song. Life wouldn't be the same without you or the rest of Cold. Thank you.

I was about 16 years old when Cold came to Providence. My friends and I waited outside of the bus to meet them for a long time after the show. After a while, the band came out, invited us in, and wanted us to help them pick the version of this song that they were going to release. It was my first show ever and the most memorable even now. This is the version we picked. Not long after that show, this song, that we picked while hanging out with them on their bus, was released. I will never forget that night, not for my whole life. I love this song. They are really nice people, too, which made the whole thing even better. It's such a special memory.

Bad Ass Song, with so Damn much meaning to it, if you can't feel the music, and the lyrics of what this song is about than you obviously have never felt music touch your soul, because that is what this song is about.. eveybody "whether or not they want to admit it" needs music of some style or some sort to express them selves, were they come from, who they are and how they got to were they are today. If you are cut off from " your music" or a way to listen to " your music" than your just stuck in limbo, and good luck finding a healthy outlet........

Im pretty certain 99% of people have been moved by music. Even if it is pop music. You shouldnt discourage them from listening to it. I started from pop in the 80's and ended up here. If i were forced to listen to pop music id find appreciation in it too. We all need something to attach to if it makes u feel alive.

I was working night shift in ER (Columbus , Ohio) during the late 90's and took care of Kelly Hayes. He had a"disagreement"with Scooter and punched him in his skull. Kelly suffered a " boxer" fracture and needed a splint so he could play the Cleveland show later that day. That's the night I became a member of the "Cold Army "......oh, and I am 68 , still listening.......boom💣

But skrillex wins 6 Grammys and this doesn't, and this is why our planet is fucked up.

Mainstream radioplay would kill this song. It's too special for Grammys

Today is the 12th anniversary of losing my grandpa to suicide. Cold hits hard, just like it did then in 2004 when I found them, hit hard in 2011 when I lost him, hits hard today. Thank you cold. Your music has helped me through more than y'all would ever know

Language shouldn't be censored, period. Especially in this day and age with the internet, we really think we're protecting kids from hearing 'bad' words in music meanwhile there's far worse junk out there that these kids are indulging in and watching. It's stupid.

I Remember listening to this song after longs days of work. Had their CDs. Time passed, lost CDs forgot about this song. Rediscover the song 15 years later. Feel so ashamed that i had forgotten.

2001 in New Orleans at Endfest I seen Cold/Staind/Papa Roach. Been a fan for a long time now. Today this song is replaying over and over in my head. 13 ways to bleed on stage is an underrated masterpiece. Year of the spider is great too. Bought their next album I think it’s called “a different type of pain”. I miss the time when rock ruled the airwaves.
