Hi Stephen, when making your positioning pitch, how do you sell the transformation of recruitment - what problems can you say that you solved by recruiting new staff? How would you improve this statement - ' What we’ve been able to do for other companies is to help them find top quality talent to solve their growing recruiting needs'

Hi Usmaan - be as specific as possible. If it's project managers; We have been able to find PMs who have reduced deliuvery times by X and saved Y. If it's sales people, We have been able to delievr salespeople who are consistently delivering over-target (or delivering 5X salary, or whatever). Basically try to give you kind of specific result. The more precise the better. You're going to take the edhe off by saying some version of "I don't know if we'll be able to do the same for you, but I'd like to have a chat about it"...
