JACK PROBLEM: I have that same moto carrier with the same problem. You can save a lot of money by rebuilding jack by just replacing the small O-ring that starts leaking in the pump side under the handle. Buy a variety pack of small O-rings or get the match from the auto parts store. I have to rebuilt my jack about once a year. The O-ring that fits mine has the dimensions: W 1/16, I.D. 5/16, O.D. 7/16; You may want to keep a spare jack with you at all times also.

Clinics, Urgent Care and Emergency rooms are full all over the country. It's not just Quartzsite. I waited for Urgent Care for 5 hours on Monday January 6th.It was another few hours before I was back home that evening. My regular clinic had no availability and while at Urgent Care they stopped taking new patients and the emergency rooms had super long wait times too. Feel better! I have been sick since mid December.

The big tent might as well be called the Quartzsite annual germ festival. Thousands of people getting sick before it even starts, keeps that tradition going strong. I hope you don't have anything serious. My family is stocked up on home test kids for flu and covid in one test. In the last 2 weeks, 1 of the 5 of us was positive on the C test line, but it was a minor case. I hid out for 5 days at my (solo) business and thankfully didn't catch it despite having dinner with them the day before their symptoms and positive test. Average incubation period from exposure to symptoms is currently around 4.3 days but varies. Contagious for at least 2 days before symptoms. So, really hard to avoid the chance of catching stuff.

I bought a cheap hydrolic jack once and I bought a bottle of hydrolic fluid with it and topped it off and I have had that jack 25 years or more and it still works fine. I find they don't like to ship jacks with too much hydrolic fluid because it might leak or spill, so you need to top off new hydrolic jacks if you want them to last a little longer. The blasting desert sun is going to speed wear a little. You can also buy rebuild kits for many hydrolic jacks, but those seals are not that cheap. Take care with the cold. Hit the vitamin D hard or just get some sun on your skin.

Hydraulic jack bodies do not wear out do to normal use. The only thing that fails with them are the seals. You should purchase a spare seal kit during the initial purchase. Obviosly you check the oil level first.

You may know this, or thought of this to save the jack seal. I have two of these type MC haulers, and after having a jack go out fairly quick I stopped leaving the jack “pressurized” after jacking up the bike. Basically I jack up the bike, put in the safety pin and then release the pressure. But turn it back to the ready to pump/jack up position as second insurance if the pin comes loose or snaps.

In Dune Prophecy they're called The Sisterhood. They're supposed to be the precursor to the Bennett Jesuit. It's trying to follow the story from the books but not doing a very good job. From what I've heard far too many producers got involved trying to pull the show in too many directions at once. Ends up being a poorly written mess with really good cinematography. That "sickness" that is going around might be with you a while. I had it recently, and it lasted longer than it shoud have. Started on Echinea supplement, and I think it helped my immune system. No long-term usage, though. Two weeks on. Two weeks off. Mostly for cold systems. And, yes. Get better.

The cranking battery should be separate from the house batteries! If the cranking battery is tied in to the house supply, maybe look at putting an isolator in there so she can protect it while she is stopped. Most cranking batteries don't do well in an RV supply situation. It sounds like pam has some cells collapsing in those deep cycle batteries. It's just going to get her stuck somewhere. So far I think she's only still operating due to the solar charge system resuscitating the cranking battery. AGM batteries are still cheaper than lithium ion (or at least Li-ion that are worth having) and maybe she doesn't need so many. In my experience 200 amp/hours of battery is enough for a small fridge and lights etc. even if you have bad weather for few days. So, minimum fix for her is likely to be a battery isolator, new cranking battery, and two 100 amp/hour AGM deep cycle batteries. Test the existing batteries by charging them individually and see if they will hold a charge for a few hours. I'm betting one or more of them has collapsed cells which is why it's draining everything down overnight. I don't think we've heard the last of this story...

You just need to slow down and drink more water. Try that I will bet you feel a lot better. You seem to be in a rush all of the time. This is not New York where everything is done at break neck speed. That truly is the reason why you always get sick. Don't forget to wash your hands for twenty seconds. Rub yours hands together until they feel warm and I will bet you that you won't get sick.

It looks like I will not be able to bring my wife I just don't get enough money on my SS witch is 1267 a month and at my age 71 and as of February 14 th i'll be 72 sad to think i may not be able to be with my wife. Sad to think how the USA government treat the people of the Philippines witch is a very poor country. We as US citizens don't need a visa to come to the Philippines we get 30 day visa in are passport when we get here and can extend for up to 3 years and if we marry as i have can get a 13A witch lets me stay for a life time. Well i side enough God be with you and Lefty and your family back home in New York.
