Thanks for sharing. Sleep mat goes inside bivvy for max affect. Look into German folding sleep mat. Not the warmest mat but pack very well and just a general platform for the rest of the system...place to sit, kneel, lay down, a flat table top surface, wind break for fire......

So if being born and raised in NYC makes me a Yankee, then so be it. But I use mustard, ketchup and mayo. Lol! Love your channel, one of my favorites. Practicing all bug out skills learned in the south now for 15 years, my next venture is dispersed camping all over the northwest in BLM lands when I retire next year, and only in states that allow me to bring my shotgun and sidearm with me in my DIY campervan.

LOL love that intro warning was waiting for a gator under that log crossing you got a rifleman ruck this time, I have the 10th and regular both in woodland too, the 10th is my fav if it wasnt so flat there I would go 50ft above the lake level for some added warmth sometimes the simple meals while out in the bust are the best great video as always

That’s my kind of camping right there, I got the MSS and going to be using the bevy a lot this spring and summer, I have a wise owl hammock bug net I will string up with my trekking poles and put the bevy inside , works great and easy to get in and out sense it has a center zipper that goes up and down and if the weather is going to be bad I will just put a tarp over it

Never heard of yankees putting mayonnaise on hotdog.... We love ours with spicy brown mustard or yellow if no spicy. In fact, I've got friend from Florida puts mayonnaise of French fries....

That Ontario Blackbird seems to be a good knife, you've been using it for a long time and haven't replaced it as your main field knife.
