This is one of neatest and cleanest houses by design I have ever seen! I dislike any time builders put staircases by an entrance and the sheer number of them! It is a major safety concern and in upscale residences, it is a problem in case of a break-in! Also not a fan of putting controls for utilities in the garage! Nor the building of cabinets so high that they cannot be utilized without some sort of ladder or stool. Many companies have designs to allow built in solutions but are regulated to aftermarket sales! At this price point, while a nice layout, the materials and lack of features suggest that the buyer is paying primarily for the location and neighborhood!

Yes, it's a major tornado and flood zone. Especially if you're coming from a place like California and or New York. I would look elsewhere.

@@syd5733 it's also on a SUPER busy street in Old Hickory Blvd and because of how much Nashville has grown and has continued to grow in just the past 10 years, you're looking at bumper to bumper traffic between the hours of early morning commutes from 7:30-9, anywhere around lunch time and after 3 till about 6:30 sometimes 7. It's also very loud at night with cars and trucks flying down the street. You'd be crazy to spend this kind of money on a home this close to what is essentially a highway and a dangerous, one way in one way out at that because again cars absolutely fly down that hill and you often times can't see them until they're already too close. I've witnessed multiple severe as well as fatal accidents right there in front of drive way. How do I know all this? This was the location of my grandparent's home for 41 years before they sold it and moved out almost 3 years ago. I still can't believe they're asking this much for such a modernist almost prefab looking box house with zero character on a major street like that lol. Of course someone with the cash will buy it and possibly has already bought it anyway. I don't get it lol.
