Nice property! But I would say it’s underwhelming with the updates. I would have loved to see the same updates mirrored from the guest barn house. The movie theater would be first on my list for a overhaul. Thanks for the tour as always guys. 👍🏾

This house starts out amazing and then fizzles out. It becomes large empty space with no character. Basic lighting, crown molding and tile in the bedrooms.

I would prefer thick Evergreen Arborvitae trees around the parameter of the fence for more privacy. The fence isn't very tall, so I'd prefer another barrier or deterrent. It would also help with keeping roaming dogs on the property from getting out and it will surprise the intruder who didn't see the dogs roaming😂. I'd also add additional cameras on the parameter to monitor any nefarious behavior before it enters or gets curious about the compound. The existing within the fence can capture potential threats as they approach. I'd keep the gravel road leading up to the property. The sound of the gravel is a good indicator of a moving a vehicle approaching. I'd also add motion cameras and lights on the property in the large backyard area to deter the prowler trying to case the property 🤔. I'd change the gate codes once or twice a month or switch to badge access. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 after that I'd be more livable 😂😂😂😂 They didn't go into the basement 😐 I wanted to see what it looked like.

My opinion is they spread money to thin across 3 houses so little touchs of luxury are not there. My question was about the upstairs to no where? Put a second floor with luxury master suite up there not off noisy family room, with tiny walk in and bathroom. Seems like they did build without a lot of thought to get on the market.

Oh how I love this beautiful big house! Just wish that I could afford it. These days I'm certainly living in a decaying trailer and trying my best to survive now these days. When do many people are going through food insecurity and having a hard time paying their bills on time with the high cost of living and the high cost of food and gas prices don't help matters much. But I would love to live in a house like this. Sadly my American dream is dead and gone exspecailly at 62 years of age.

Beautiful on the outside and some nice elements but the kitchen stove didn’t seem to have a vent. Thats necessary and the work out room should be on the first floor. I would also suggest that im the future do verbal walk around rather than music. More engaging than just music

Wow for almost ten million the property is a little bit challenging as far as the main house. Flooring is all over the place in the main house. The house doesn't have a good flow and that kitchen what is. The finishes for it to be a 9 million-dollar + house are trash the best thing about the house are the two guest houses even though the second one has oddly out too. The grounds are the best thing with all of the mature trees and the pool it makes the. The two guest houses are sufficient but once again almost ten million dollars and the main house needs at least ten million dollars worth of revamp. And I agree with one of the comments that mentioned that what was that movie theater they can put that movie theater somewhere else and one of the other buildings. And both of the primary bedrooms in the main house had very small and the bathrooms are pretty dated. So someone who really knows property would have to take it down I wonder what the infrastructure in all of those structures are?? How up-to-date is? Ohyeah I forgot in the main house and I think I saw it in the barn redo the heating and cooling registers or vents we're like in the middle of the walls. In both primaries suites and throughout like how do you design a build a home you want $9000000 and you have heating and cooling registers in the middle of a wall where I should go or just all over the walls I didn't get that. It was almost as if it wasn't planned out you know when people do infrastructures heating and cooling in the ducks they tend to have architects that know how to hide that stuff and that's a very high price point house and yet you don't see that the vents are all over the walls that's crazy. But on a positive note I can say this aesthetically on the outside the house is very beautiful the two guests buildings are well-done or sufficient but that main house needs a lot of work

I'm not sure about it needing another $10 million to re-do but I agree that it is just a hodge-podge and poorly done. There's no mention of the building materials underneath the dry-wall. There is no value in places like this.

I agree, I felt it was a cheaply done, cut corners house but big price tag! The walk in with vanity in it was a joke! Right off noisy family room and what was the point of upstairs to no where and fence around pool that has only 3 sides? Weird, poorly designed and cheaply built was my impression. I agree at least 10 million and I'd connect pool house and main house, fill space above living room with a real master suite!

A casa é linda, exageradamente grande, porém linda. O problema desse tour pra mim, foi: no começo, mil maravilhas, mostrando tudo bonitinho e afins, mas no final, não mostrou oq tinha descendo as escadas na última "casa", não mostrou o potencial dessa área da piscina (que é a area de piscina mais linda que já vi). Eles relaxaram bastante nesse tour, sendo que a casa tem um potencial exorbitante.

Talk about choppy! Why do you put a full bath next to the living rooms? Who is going to take a shower there? In the barn the bathroom next to the dining room was nicer than the one for the bedroom. I imagine someone with the money to buy this would come in and blow it up and build new.

Whoever did the staging didn't do a very good job. Wrong colors and too small of pieces in living room. Layout is really bizarre! What's the point of the upstairs? Wasted space.... Only 4 can sit in theater, and master has tiny closet n weird bathroom with tub in shower, no relaxing view. Plus right off noisy family room. I was not impressed with house or houses?! Good showing!
