My 6 month old lab does good on the collar when we are training on here, place etc. However outside of training, when she is not wearing the collar, over at a friends house or what have you, she does not listen very well when I tell her here. Should I put the collar on her and utilize it whenever we are going somewhere outside of training?

Do you have any input for collar conditioning with Chessies? I've heard a lot of mixed info on it saying they are more "moody" than labs, goldens, etc. and get discouraged from training with e collar use. Thanks!
