The Brazilian province you forgot the name is called Pernambuco! It's a very historically significant province since it held the capital of the Brazilian Dutch colony during the 17th century Dutch occupation of Brazil's northeast (it was called Mauritsstad, but it's now called Recife). Pernambuco was also an independent country for a brief time in 1817 (about two months), even before Brazil declared it's independency from Portugal, which is quite an impressive feat!

The Spanish explorer Vicente Yáñez Pinzón reached the southern coastline of Pernambuco about three months before the Portuguese explorer Pedro Álvares Cabral reached Brazil in the southern region of the current day province of Bahia. Pínzon crew called the region "Cabo de Santa Maria de lá Consolacion" (Cape of Saint Mary of Consolation) but now the region is known as "Cabo de Santo Agostinho" (Cape of Saint Augustine), and it's about an one hour drive from Pernambuco's capital, Recife. The Spanish explorers didn't stay, and later the region was given to the Portuguese crown anyway because of the Treaty of Tordesilhas, which divided South America between the Spanish and Portuguese crowns.

Someone has already filled the province that I live in which is Kelantan, Malaysia (which is technically called a state here in Malaysia but I understand that you're like using a broad term for the entire world). I just wanna say that I really like your videos. I first found your channel when I found your star wars universe map video. Later I found your what we thought the map looked like. Afterwards, I found out that you make weekly videos on the war in Ukraine and I instantly subscribed. You also later covered the Israel-Hamas war as well as others like the Sudan civil war. All I wanna say is that I really like your weekly videos. It gives me a nice of what's been happening in those places throughout the weeks when the media sometimes don't report on them that much (especially on Ukraine sadly).
