I'm a therapist & do deal with narcissistic personality disorders & they are some of the saddest/confusing patients ever. Firstly, they will not usually accept any advice I give them (or immediately repeat what I said but rephrase to then say it's their idea). Secondly, their logic to liking things. When asked why one patient only loved his pets (& not family) they retorted back "because my dogs don't answer me back". As a result, if asked would you prefer (for Colleen) JUST listening to TS's music or her husband/kids; you MAY be sickened by what they do.
