You made him look so much more handsome! Man, I love cutting hair! I have not been to school yet but I cut my hair and my son's hair. After spending 22 years in the chair of an international hair designer, nobody seems to know how to cut my hair the way I like it and one day I just got fed up and went to Sally Beauty Supply and bought some Fromm Shears and became brave! I found out after getting my scissors that cutting hair is not hard at all, and it is actually addictive! I am thankful for your channel and Parikmaxer TV as well! Thanks for all of your awesome videos! You rock!

Scissor over comb with blending scissor is recommended. U cut length with control and blend at the same time. Being using it also to take the weight of with vertical cuts.

Am new to your channel. In pandemic mode and wanted watch some more videos. This beginner enjoyed your video and never realized that cutting men's hair could look like so much fun. I thoroughly enjoyed your video- here in 2020. My dad who is in his late 80's will get a basic cut. Gosh if women's hair cut have something like a Wahl tool but, for taking care of longer cuts I am sure more people would get into that. Anyhow, keep up the great work.!

I wonder why you say to cut the temple area first to check if the length is good. I always cut the nape because if he were to say “it’s too short” it’s much easier to fade and blend the nape rather than the temple.

i have to give my friend in the military a fade & this is the only video that shows how to cut the top. (usually military men on youtube are only doing fade maintenance so they never cut the top). but i was wondering how do i section the top? i saw a lot of diagonal cutting and i still don’t understand how i know it’s the right area or section to cut off.

yo Matt your cut is really great as a guy going to beauty school I feel my mens hair cuts are my srltrong point I have history in them and I feel that I'm not learning anything new in school and I really like how you took the diagonal back section to only leave that front part disconnected! I'll definitely be using the technique

Like Charlie Chaplin, I hate barber shops & have cut my own for about 25 years now .... I hafta do the back by feel, because it's imossible to look through my glasses & two mirrors - I do the 12, the 6 and the 3mm guards and hope for the best..... using the rechargeable clippers I bought for the cats' fur mats. haha
@jessicamccleery68118 жыл бұрын
These cuts are my specialty.... I always use a razor (guest permitted) to distinguish the hard part after I establish the part with trimmers. I like how you established the part with scissors, bc I have seen so many barbers/stylists put huge pencil thick lines in the hard part and in my opinion it looks horrible when done thick! I like the part thin. I was so afraid the first time I attempted a hard part. I was worried the growth would look bad coming back in but in every one I have done the hair growth never looked bad !!! But that goes back to the thin part, I think?? Anyways I just wanted to compliment you on the cut and your techniques. Thanks for the video 😎

awesome job! btw, i think the issue with cutting his hair with the masters are those "new single magnet" guards. I'm not sure what the problem is with those but they just dont cut half as good as the old double magnet guards do. I realized after I purchased that im not the only one with this issue. I'm disappointed that Andis could overlook this. But im glad I still have the old ones! :)
@jessicamccleery68118 жыл бұрын
The guards are soooo stinking sharp too?? I hate they don't fit the fade masters ( i think that's the clipper that is a five opt #00000 -#000 ) I like the idea of the magnets but those are a pain.... I love love love my Oster 76 though, wouldn't trade those in for anything else!! In my opinion those are well worth all the $$$ I've put into them
