College Scholarships | College Grants | How to Find Them

Have you ever thought about how to get college scholarships? How to apply for grants? Both scholarships and grants can help you reduce the cost of college.
First way to apply for free money? Grants. You may be eligible for these after you complete your FAFSA - the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. And guess what? The FAFSA is free to fill out, too! For maybe an hour of your time, you could discover grants - like the Pell Grant - that you could qualify for.
Then there’s scholarships. Google the word, and you’ll discover millions of sites promoting them. Take the time to determine what’s legitimate, what you could be eligible for and what could help you cover most of your costs. And as each year goes by, you’ll want to submit the FAFSA and check on deadlines for scholarships to help keep up your tuition savings. Talk to a finance counselor at the schools you’re considering to learn more about opportunities that may be available to you.

Thank you. Since my job pays for my school, I didn't do FAFSA this time. I don't want to take out any more loans. Plus, I want the loans I have already forgiven. At this point, I only want free money that I don't have to pay back. lol
