As someone who's been watching your videos for about a year now, I can totally admit that I've been a ghost viewer haha. Just wanted to say that as a fellow second semester senior, I looove watching your vlogs and vids about where you're at in life and your perspective totally resonates with me. I'm also really introverted, while a lot of my friends are super social and text me on Friday nights saying similar stuff to your friends. It's hard when you get into little ruts like that where you feel like you should go out but you just feel tempted to stay in, and while normally it might make me feel weird to stay in, seeing that I'm not alone in feeling that way is really comforting. Thank you for sharing your views so openly and honestly! Takes guts to do so so publicly so I commend you for that. :)

I had a similar experience with working out a little over a week ago and ended up scheduling an appointment with a physician in our Student Health Center. Basically, it doesn't look like I've really hurt myself, but she sent me to physical therapy anyway to work on my core muscles. If your back continues to bother you I'd recommend having it checked out just in case. And bottom line: too much exercise leads to injuries that in turn lead to no exercise for God knows how long; it's kind of a cliche, but hey, balance is key!
