Namor I think we'll see cause of the reference in the film but again he's probably years down when they introduce mutants &/or the F4 in 2022/23 unless then introduce him in BP 2. And I agree I wasn't to happy with Cap. Marvel either(I like SHAZAM better and other MCU origin films better).

Did you notice mutant Sunspot's real name was displayed in that memorial where Scott Lang was looking for Cassie's name. So marvel has started doing it again. Slowly building it up for the next 10 years 😊. One of the names is Roberto da Costa aka Sunspot, a mutant who is associated with The New Mutants and X-Force. He is confirmed to be in the New Mutants film coming this August and might be in the upcoming X-Force film with Deadpool too.

Yeah, honestly if they hadn't done something drastic with him as a character I wouldn't have believed it at all. Like honestly, after having lost everyone and then feeling responsible for half the universe dying any person would be completely broken. Then on top of it he gets given hope that he can redeem himself only for that to be taken away. Guilt, despair and grief breaks people, just the fact that he didn't outright kill himself (hell he might have tried but as we've seen from the previous movies Norse gods are really tough to kill) is pretty incredible.

- love the use of the Hail, Hydra line. i remember when they introduced that in the comics in 2016 and people lost their collective shit. to see it be used as comedic and a payoff/easter egg to the Winter Soldier is phenomenal. honestly one of the best examples of subverting expectations in recent memory. - the "see you in a minute" line from Natasha right before they all go on the time heist is much more impactful on the second viewing especially her smile alongside the line delivery. - James D'Arcy's cameo as Jarvis. TELEVISION recognition in the MCU. - every major MCU character coming together at the house stark built for his family and essentially being a meta commentary with every actor in that scene paying tribute to RDJ who started the entire MCU and wouldn't be here without him.

Regarding the line about an earthquake underwater during that Hologram conference call in Endgame...she was talking to Akoye about it so what if that’s a quick line previewing where Black Panther 2 is going. Namor and Atlantis being the antagonist maybe because their underwater kingdom was hit hard from the Decimation event. Possibly a power struggle amongst their factions was the tremors they registered in Endgame. Be slick to have a small throw away bit of dialogue be a clue to a movie we may see 2-3 years down the road. God I love the MCU

Okoye pertains to protecting Wakanda and the royal family. We all knew she would have a small role. Captain Marvel is a new addition to the mcu and the most powerful character. They had to sideline her otherwise there's no stakes. Also, her coming in sparingly and the way she did was more impactful. Same with Okoye. As for Black Widow, she is there for Hawkeye. He saved her, brought her into Shield, named a.child after her, made her godmother and they're family. She was going to sacrifice herself cause it makes the most sense being the character she is and has been in her arc. She did it for Clint but mainly herself. She just wanted to do good and finally wipe the red out of her ledger.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think only 1 Nebula (2023) that attends Tony Starks funeral. After the Quantum Tunnel van is destroyed & Tony use the infinity stones, all the 2014 troops got destroyed. So I'm pretty sure both 2014 Nebula & Gamora dusted. That reminds me, how will the timeline go in planet Morag? Since all of them dusted? And what's the point of the original GoTG timeline searching for Gamora during the ending? Isn't she basically dead?

I think alternate Gamora got away because (a) she had already made up her mind to betray Thanos by 2014, (b) they didn't show her getting dusted, and (c) Tony knows how important she is to Quill and company from the previous film and would have considered her one of the good guys. Plus this gives them a nice reset of the Quill/Gamora relationship for the next movie, bringing back the will they/won't they bit.

The time travel does make sense. It's the Doitsche theory in regards to quantum mechanics on a pyshics ground scale format. It's connected to the Mobius strip theory in regards to quantum theory as well. It's complex, sure.

It's all fine and makes sense, except for the fact that Old Man Cap grew old in the main mcu timeline and meets them in the future, it contradicts the time travel rules they setup... As the ancient one said, him staying behind creates a new timeline with a different future, he should be in a separate new timeline. Where was he when young cap visited a bed ridden Peggy? or at her funeral? or during the events of Agent Carter? Young Cap certainly would have known Peggy married after he left... to a "Steve Rogers"... Sharon Carter would know this too, which would make her relationship with Cap wierd. And i'm fine with the inconsistency, just because it makes for a great scene and passing of the torch.

According to the time rules that they explain in the film, by staying behind he's creating a new branch in the timeline and he'd be growing old in a separate timeline from the main MCU-timeline, and in his new timeline stuff can happen differently than our timeline or exactly the same...but it doesn't matter, the main point is... he CAN'T visit Sam as an old man just seconds after his young self left because he's no longer in that timeline/reality... (unless he visits Dr. Strange and gets involved in jumping between realities in the multiverse... but this sentence might just even further confuse the point i'm trying to make if you don't get the basic premise that staying behind forked a different timeline)

Banner literally said, you cant undo past events when you go back in time, all you do is create an alternate timeline, so the snap did happen, thanos did destroy the stones in the main timeline. They didnt undo the five years, thats why Tony's daughter is still alive. There is no butterfly effect to the time travel in this movie, it operates under different rules then we are used to seeing in movies, thats why Nebula is still alive even though 2014 Nebula was killed.

For the people who have a problem with the rat scene, think about the situation. Dr. Strange said there was 1 out of 14 million possibilities that was them winning in the end. Think of how many times that rat didn't walk over the van. All of those scenarios where the rat didn't walk over the van were part of the 14 million. Sometimes people need to just embrace their inner child within them and see the power of script and filmmaking that makes all of this so special. Endgame, and the MCU as a whole is a masterpiece that will go down in cinematic history that may never be achieved again.

they are right, it is like a TV show in that they took that episodic format of a show and put it as a film series. Endgame is the equivalent of say the finale of LOST. That was a huge cultural event in how we investment time, energy and theories with the characters and the world. To be honest, Tony Stark dying is fitting for this Infinity War story. Really, can RDJ keep on doing this? Seeing as that this started with Tony it should end with Tony. That being said, all the best moments were with Cap. You can see in that the Russo defined that character so much in this series it was also fitting he got ALL the best moments and the movie ends with him. It makes me wonder what if this film was directed by Favreau?
