Good job. Keep at it. I would definitely recommend more uploads and maybe a pop of text on those thumbnails. I personally let KZbin choose my thumbnail, but that's due to all the overlays and graphics I put in. YT finds a good one for me. Doesn't work for everyone though. I have privated half my stuff, but when you have more uploads it gives people more variety. If they only see a few uploads, they assume you don't post often and they won't sub up. Also network with other people who share your interest. Comment on their channel and give them support. Over time, they'll probably support you as well. Best of luck! Never give up!

Sometimes it’s the same and other times not. For example: “How To Grow on KZbin” is a topic with interest but how you title your video and which direction you take the video could be different. Some people will title the video “How To Grow on KZbin” but others may focus on thumbnail design or video optimization or any of the other important parts of a successful video.
