Thank you! These work ! And if you still have trouble try Dr Golders smoothie cleanse for a few weeks then slowly add in other vegetables one at a time. Super low fat helps the colon wake back up. It’s reversing my intestinal dysfunctions praise God. Also exercise everyday. Rebounding, walking, strength training. Digestion is linked to all other health issues including mental state. Do what it takes please. I cheer you on.

Not a medic here, but my nutritionist suggested chia seeds and hemp hearts to bump up my fiber intake. It has helped, maybe a good resource for you too? Ask your doctor!

Not necessarily...too much fiber can cause a log jam. The gut microbiome needs corrected too. I use digestive enzymes and learned which foods cause inflammation for me.

@@virginiaseidita546 I'll defer that to someone else. I only know what works best for me. I have zero problems with meat. I'm very selective with veg/fruit. For me, the lower on the glycemic index, the better. Low inflammation is the goal.

I've tried several of the things I've seen in his videos and they didn't work but I've not had a desire to use the bathroom for several days. I couldn't believe it but i only got done with the belly button part and didn't even start the second part and just minutes after the bounding around the belly button i began to have overwhelming feeling of needing to poop and sure enough within minutes i was finally able to go
