WOW!!! I’m literally in tears right now because when I injured my back, I haven’t been able to exercise like I use to. I went from someone who had no problem with exercise or weight gain to NOTHING!! Everything stopped. I was able to do these exercises, not feel any back pain afterwards AND felt the burn!!!! I’m a truck driver of 26 yrs. I’m tiny and all my driver friends said I’d be fat in a year. I do these exercises while driving. Still weigh 115 lbs and my tummy after 4 kids and a hysterectomy is flatter with better abs then most in their 20’s.

I can’t do crunches or sit-ups too well because I broke my tail bone roller skating years ago and it gets so sore even with a pillow it’s uncomfortable. So I am so excited for this type of workout for my stomach area! So hopefully this will be..GOODBYE MUFFIN TOP 🙌

During regular exercise... at least 5 times a week... i do these workouts for 10 mins to 20 mins. Thiese are for abdominal muscles. For thighs different sets will be required.... depending on fat levels in the thighs. If muscle content is higher muscles in legs may get bigger. Spot refuction is not possible. Muscles can be toned up. When you lose weight fat moves out from wherever it is stored. Genetic coding is also a factor. Esting less calories than you spend is a sure way of reducing fat.

@@dennisechristensen8060 After showering, apply bleach to toe nails on a daily basis. Let bleach dry., only takes a couple of minutes. I use an ear bud to apply all over toenail. It will take about a month to see results but it worked for me..

Thank you. No silly gimmicks or preaching!! After a physical my doctor told me I needed to make some lifestyle changes or … I was up to 230lbs. High cholesterol, borderline diabetic, high blood pressure etc. And pretty much the same diagnosis for my wife. We changed our diets and started exercising. It’s been about 8 weeks. I’ve lost 16 pounds and she’s lost 9 pounds. We feel 20 years younger too. We needed some stomach exercises and we just watched your video and we can feel they are very effective. Starting today, I’ll be back in 2 weeks with my results 😁 Update: Hi guys 🙋♀️ I definitely see a difference, ( very little difference) My stomach muscle feels a little tighter when I squeeze it now. plus I had to take a break for 3 days to give my muscle time to heal. I have decided to continue for 2 more weeks and see if I achieve said results. Plus I eat healthy too, so that’s not hindering my results. So No, two weeks is not enough, you would need to do this for much longer. 😁

Thanks Doc, I felt the difference, Now I'm working on discipline, I have cut ✂️ sugar a LOT, eating healthier, before pandemic I was going to exercise class 3x's a week,, in May I started walking 2-3 x's a week, now nothing 😔 and my body definitely notices that I NEED to move, muscles are getting weaker, I've been picking up my 5lb dumbbells, it helps, Will start walking again very soon, especially since snow and ice is coming, Thank you for all you do 🙏

I've been ill for 4 years, housebound, and recovering diabetes, cardiac failure & after 2 yrs from heart attack and lung collaps... I'm just now able to garden again and not walk with a cane. I've been sedintary for 15 years mostly sitting at a computer...and at age 65 these exercises were PERFECT for me to do and I actually felt better even though I felt the squeeze like I hadn't since I was in my 20s doing aerobics lol. After doing this exercise for about half a year, my posture signficantly improved! I have tried all sorts of posture exercise such as chin tucks and shoulder blades exercises but this exercise helped me the most, it helps me to always maintain an upright posture somehow!

I’ve been struggling lately to lose my belly fat. It used to be fairly easy but I now need a hip replacement so all the walking, sit ups and so on has slowed right down. I still eat healthy but sometimes during bouts of depression, I turn to comfort food. These exercises look quite comfortable to do, so here we go. Thank you! I've a hard time for years doing sit ups because unfortunately I get an air bubble behind my left rib and it's painful 😣 so I stopped doing them but I did this and it's great. Thank you. I'm glad I saw your channel for an alternate way working the ab muscles!

Thank you Dr, from someone who has serious back and neck issues from a few car accidents and sports injuries. Let alone, leg issues from nerve damage. Once a healthy individual who enjoyed exercising to basically a couch potato. You have inspired people to accomplish a healthier lifestyle. One which will help us all physically and mentally.

At 46 I discovered last week that i had not been strengthening my inner abs all these years, left me with abs on the surface but with no good tone inner muscle im looking like i have a fat belly under the shirt. Now youtube puts this video and I feel my problems are solved, thank you

I needed this!!! I'm working for over 7 yrs as a nanny, I keep doing the wrong lifting, get injuries whatnot, and at some point despite hard work I noticed my belly muscles got loose, my spine got into a horrible posture, and I kept getting shoulder pain and pinches, including rottator cuff pain... I literally had to break my posture and worked on it for several months now, but being in pain couldn't do much of an workout, especially after 9 hrs on my feet, bending and working. This was the last link I needed and I loved this routine. I felt it in no time. Once I went through all the pain I need to tighten my belly muscles so I never feel such agony again!!!! Also it's nice do do some use sitting in the chair. I have a bar at home, and I workout as much as I can trying not to heavy lift anything or put more pressure one my already tired body. Thank you!

One time will NOT tighten your muscles. You are feeling the placebo effect.

@@RR-rr9yy She said "feel" tight not look. Like, duh, ofc she wouldn't have noticed a change after one practice but you can FEEL the tightness of a muscle when you work it out.

I lived in my car for many months during covid in 2020 with continuous driving between south Australia and Victoria. I eventually in Feb 2021 I was blessed from God, the will to survive and a home 🏡 of my own. During this time my psoas muscle suffered which affected other areas. The pain has been excruciating till a week ago when God sent you to me. The pain is beginning to settle over the past few days with the stretcing the areas that you showed on other videos. This morning is my second time lve done this exercise. The difference is amazing. I'm grateful that God 🙏 brought you to me. God bless ☮️

I'm on day 5 and this works 😎👍🏾 I'm slowly seeing the outline shape of my flatter stomach I haven't seen in 20 years unless I've temporarily lost too much healthy weight along with my usual gym routine I can't lose plus a great side effect is im passing more 💩 hence feel lighter ☺️
