Scanning and coloring your comic pages can be extremely fun, but it can also be extremely frustrating. You've got to deal with getting your art scanned into your PC. You've got to manage working with your art software. You've got to make each of the pages in your book consistently colored and detailed.

i always used quick mask to isolate line art from background to remove the smudges
