Coloured Buns / Rolls |

Make your kids burgers fun and interesting with my coloured buns recipe. Perfect for kids parties, can match any colour theme.
My recipe yields 10 mini buns/rolls. Fill with homemade chicken or meat burgers, top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and your favourite sauce. Find my homemade burger patties on my website www.capemalaycookingdelights.com
Ingredients:
3 cups plain / all-purpose / cake flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp oil
food colouring
lukewarm water to mix
Cook's Tip:
use a good quality oil based food colouring like @colourmil or @wilton
