Im out of town for work a lot staying at hotels and an XB1X is way cheaper 4k or high end gaming then a laptop with a GTX1070m. And im not gonna lug around my desktop. Practicality and power, the XB1X hugely delivers.

@@GabrielismV3 Dude, I own all the platforms from PS4 to Switch and a solid PC, (i7 8700k/GTX1080ti/27" 1440p 144Hz IPS monitor). The One X on my 65" ZD9 4k/HDR TV with surround sound is just an awesome experience that my PC cannot replicate. Sure I could build massive home theater PC, but let's be honest here, Steam Big picture kinda sucks and controller compatibility is sketchy. The Xbox is fantastic and the "Play Anywhere" games like Forza Horizon 4, Halo Wars or Cuphead allow you to play it on PC or Xbox when you buy it. If you aren't broke, it totally makes sense to buy an Xbox One X. I bought one and I already had a base Xbox, lol.

I was still holding on to my Day One Xbox One and was reluctant to spend money on another mid-cycle console upgrade. Now that the purchase price has gone down considerably I started watching "Is the Xbox One X worth it?" videos. Ten minutes into your presentation I ordered the Xbox One X on Amazon for $339 with NBA 2K19. One of the major selling points for me in your video is the Xbox One Enhanced 360 titles. My X is a serious dust collector. I have to clean it out often because it is always in use. Seriously, I don't turn it off. And I suggest giving SoT another look. Seeing a ship attacked by the Kraken, Megalodon and skeleton ships at the same time is something else. We had to transfer as much of their loot to my ship as we could before theirs went down. Being in the water with loot in that fight was a rush.

Honestly I play Destiny in both systems because my brother in Maryland and my cousin both play it on the PS4 but I am a Day One player of the Xbox. My games look so much better on the X than the Pro. Set your display to 2160p60, this video showcases the VERY best visuals on console with most of these games running at 4K or 60fps. It's truly amazing what the Xbox One X can do, and I have to ask...is it worth the asking price?

colteastwood my Xbox one X is amazing I have it setup as soon as I sit down it turns on because the Kinect detects my face. I love Skyping on my Xbox too the Kinect camera follows me around the room (similar to how Facebook new Portal which stole the ideal from Xbox)uses. All my games look amazing. I have a PS4 Pro because I wanted to do VR. At first my regular PS4 was glitching from time to time when I was on VR then bought the Pro and that situation stopped. I also have Spider-Man Uncharted and God of War love those games but RedDeadRedemption looks amazing on the X. And Dolby Atmos coming from my LG SK10Y...It’s a experience you have to hear for yourself!

I had two Xbox One originals. I saved my Bing points for over a year, as well as spare change. I traded in several games as well as the two XBO originals. I regret nothing! My X is AMAZING. I didn't have a 4k TV when I first got it. But I could see a major upgrade in visuals, load times, and all that even on my 1080p TV. I went and got a 4K HDR tv and man oh man I'm blown away by how this looks and plays. A lot of the games I have that I break out during lulls (Witcher 3, Diablo 3, among others) all have the free 4k upgrade. And now I have GamePass and have to wonder when I have time for TV! Seriously, it's worth the investment, especially if you already have a 4k TV. And the games are coming. I'm jealous of SpiderMan, but that's about it.

Nah I think you made a mistake there, some controller do come malfunctioning, trust me, I wanted to get a new controller and decided on the Xbox One S version (white), first one worked for a week, then it blew up, literary had smoke coming out of it, got a new one from a return, same issue, smelled like gasoline after a week. First of all I just want to say that I'm a gamer at heart and I loved this video so thank you for putting the time and effort into creating it. Secondly, the Xbox One X was released on my birthday and it was one of the best purchases I've made in a very long time. All the games on my 4k tv look breathtaking and I can record in 4k/hdr without having to use elgato on my PC. I have used my X for games+movies since it launched more than any other console and PC combined even though I have a high-end card. MS will not disappoint next gen for certain. The XBOX ONE X is easily the best console on the market and ever made there’s nothing remotely close to it. The games look ridiculously fantastic! Everyone I know has a XBOX ONE X now. I finally got one. I had to go to three different stores in my area because they were all sold out. Just watched The Avengers Infinity War on The XBOX ONE X and boy what a treat it was with the 4K Ultra HD player on the XBOX. Microsoft went all out on this console. Bought the xbox one x a couple of days ago. Its worth it. I own a pretty powerful gaming pc and a ps 4 pro. I played RDR2 on the pro to 25 % completion and bought it again on the x and started over. It blows the ps 4 pro version away. GOW 3 looks great in 4k. If you don't want to build a gaming computer, get the xbox one x. It almost feels like a computer. it has a options similar to a graphics card control panel on a computer. i have been building computes for 20 years and the xbox one x holds a candle to a high end gaming pc. it supports free sync which is nice to. RDR2 looks amazing. I wish i never watched this and digital foundry RDR2 console comparison. if you love games you gotta have all platforms.

Well done! I LOVE my Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition. Between the new games, the backwards compatible games and the Microsoft Store's INCREDIBLE sales I have over 400 games for my system already. Two of my biggest problems right now are (1) getting a new external hard drive for all my games and (2) finding the time to actually play these games. These are two problems I don't mind at all. The Xbox One X is an AMAZING gaming machine and I appreciate what it can do even more after I put together my own modest gaming PC. The X is an incredible value for what it can do and right now just before Christmas Microsoft is offering it at $100 off. This is a no brainer if you are a gamer.

I picked up my One X during Black Friday for $399. My first Xbox One of this generation and I love it. I still love my PS4 because they do have the exclusives but I will probably be getting a majority of my multiplatform games on the One X now.

I’ve come from a lifetime of PlayStation loyalty. Not for a particular reason other than my first console was a PS1 and then when online came along all of my friends were on PS. I have a PS4 Pro which I love. I bought a OneX after playing a friend’s and watching reviews and Digital Foundary comparisons. My OneX is my main system now. My Pro is for PS exclusives and those very few games that I play with my friends all the time. I love my Pro and I love my OneX. No fanboyism here. RDR on the OneX is just incredible.

I watched him fake the thing loose and add the parts and and he ditched his ps2 and xbox 360. ever since then. Just purchased the Limited Edition Xbox One X Gears 5 Bundle with all 5 Gears of War games at about $380 after taxes (Black Friday Deal). I've always been a Playstation fan, but I couldn't pass on the value I was getting out of this purchase. I'm excited to experience the Xbox One X now, honestly the price point and lack of exclusives were the biggest deterrent for me. This deal did away with both, getting a more powerful console for less than a PS4 Pro with one of the best running exclusive titles on the Xbox.

OneX dipped down to 400 and below for black Friday/ cyber monday... best believe it I'll go to 400 again around Christmas. I'd say collect some cash and make the buy, games run/look better on OneX. Also, xbox live is far superior than Playstation network. It's fact that Microsoft has much more and better quality servers to run xbox live.

Another thing I noticed was when PUBG first came out on the one X I was rendering buildings before everyone else. Love my Project Scorpio one X got it hooked up to my 55in 4k tv and swap it for multiplayer to MSI Mag27cq.
