I have Gamepass on my 4K Firestick Max direct connected and gets about 400MB/s. Black-Ops 6 is COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE. The latency makes this game a no-go.

Being an Xbox owner since 2002 and owned 6 Xbox consoles and more than 400 games since then, i can clearly say that Xbox has no identity anymore.......Their best generation was the original Xbox and the 360 and after that it has been in decline due to mis management and bad messaging. And the latest message being the worst where they gave a hard slap to their die hard fans by making this once-amazing platform irrelevant today.

@@les121476 Nope i use my PC for Ghost of Tsushima and lately God of War Ragnarok to play above 150fps cause its the first time this generation that i didnt purchase a Playstation console. Aside from the work i do on my computer i also play Hunt Showdown online and Starcraft II....... I play Halo Infinite multiplayer on my Xbox though. Although i stand with what i said that Xbox lost its identity with this kind of leadership.

Why does DEI sound like such a great idea on paper but then doesn’t include what gamers want in a video game…. Put different pigmentation in games, culture, ect in games but do not try to influence people or lecture them on sexuality and personal preference. That is your own personal choice and should not influence anything. Some of these developers need to clean house and prioritize talent over DEI. Not be racist or dismissive of DEI but simply focus on the actual game, story, mechanics, ect. You know, the important stuff. If you disagree, then that is your right and opinion. What they *don't* tell you is that while your machine that can run Game Pass is an "Xbox", if it's not a console or a high-end PC, you're not getting the full Xbox experience. You are not playing the game at it's full FPS/Graphical potential, and you *will* suffer lag/latency issues especially in multiplayer modes. This is a fact. So I am absolutely sick of people talking about this as if it's a substitute for the same game when it's not if you don't have a console or PC that can run it at max.

I think this ad is great, all it's doing is reaffirming what we already know. Times are changing, it's not 1995 anymore, I too miss the days of consoles having their own identity and owning all of our games on 1 disc or cartridge. But them days are gone and people game on a multitude of devices now, I don't even know many people that still game on consoles, it's either a PC or phone, if they pointed to a PS5 and switch and said "this is an Xbox" then yeah, that would be a problem but they didn't and I can't work out what everyone is all up in arms about. Death stranding is now on Xbox, Lego horizon is on the switch, that should tell you all you need to know

They are making a lot of revenue now than they ever had in the past. PlayStation players are not buying their first party games, and most studios don't want to have their games exclusive to one platform.

I don’t mind it and in fact i think this approach is pro consumer and is good. But I do hope Xbox still keeps making their own console box cz that’s what I like to play my games on. But it’s good to have the option to choose otherwise. The only way i’d choose to play on PC regularly if they somehow manage to integrate the XboxOS and its games into Windows PC.

Xbox has been pushing this same thing for years. Bringing games to as many screens as possible via the cloud. This was just another new advertisement of this. As someone who just joined the Xbox echo system just under a year ago after being with PS since the first one, I’m a little sceptical of what the future holds for them. I love my series X, game pass has been amazing and was the reason I jumped to getting a series x. However, I feel the best route to go next gen will be a PC for game pass and a PlayStation to fill my console needs of convenience around the house.

The technology is not there yet. If you try streaming games through the cloud or on your TV, the resolution is horrible. If you're a hardcore gamer, you'll hate it. If you're not, you probably won't care.

Great News Episode Colt 👏🏽, IMO, the Xbox everywhere is an out of touch marketing message, because XCloud gaming is horrible and looks bad on a 4k tv. The only decent Cloud Gaming service is GeForce Now, and you cant access your personal games like you can on a Xbox Series X. I've personally tried XCloud, its gotten better but its not a way I would personally choose to play my Xbox games. IMO, nothing beats a native experience of gaming on a Series X/S, and a Xbox handheld would be a proper way the play Xbox games on the go. And I'm looking forward to the next generation Xbox console, Stay Safe.

The great social networking for players to voice and chat together. I was always happy to go get an xbox. An xbox360 or even an xbox 1. For instance for an FPS, the local CPU would handle inputs, player tracking, and minor graphic calculations. Our phone and laptops have significant more powerful processors than before let alone can challenge and surpass the consoles. It would be the holy grail of gaming let alone to get the patent first.

Because Sony would sue that Microsoft/Xbox are using photos of Playstation to insinuate the PS5 is an Xbox on the grounds of damaging the image of the Playstation. Gamepass is already on those products in the picture. Doing it on the PS5 you'd need to do it through the browser, which wouldn't surprise me if Sony would block if they already haven't.

I dont care if anyone can play anywhere an xbox game... the problem is " there is no good title to play" I own xbox for last ten years and the only memorable great games I played were third party games like witcher or Baldur's Gate or even Death Stranding recently (I cant believe the graphic and perfomance quality of Decima Engine on my xbox series S).... not even Gears 5 was that good... So I know Phill Spencer wants to keep alive xbox gaming but I dont think they do a good job.... the only reason I keep my xbox series S because of gamepass... and when GTA 6 launches or ANY good game I want to play but my Xbox Seriess S wouldnt run I dont think I am gonna a buy a new xbox... I dont think anyone would buy an xbox device from now on cuz any device of your choice etiher Pc or an handheld device will run more games then xbox itself... Not to mention PlayStation will run any xbox titles Plus their high quality first party games... this marketing makes future xbox devices obsolete....

I been telling people for years that Xbox will be irrelevant from A hardware perspective . They chose game pass as their main model , it has stagnant growth and didn’t each the numbers it needs too . Also you don’t need a Xbox for gamepass , buying avb was the last straw and confirmed they are better of as a third party publisher . The business model they close destroyed the actual worth of the console . Why should anyone buy an Xbox when you can get their games on the ps5 , Sony isn’t sending games to Xbox . Nintendo isn’t either . Xbots been coping and reality is hitting them hard , I would suggest moving to pc if you can it’s the best value . I can honestly say the only purchase I regret is the Xbox , Nintendo been great , switching to pc few years back mainly best decision I made , and buying a ps5 for a few games like stellar blade , rise of Ronin and others was worth it because Sony at least adds some value , even though I don’t think they are great either . I think we would be better off anyways let Xbox focus on gamepass and publishing , which they will do good with overwatch , cod and wow , but they have flopped every where else on other games .

Dumped my series x for a PS5 pro. Never should have left Sony to begin with. Xbox UI feels like it's made for 5-year-olds. Sony is for mature gamers and it feels like it. The worst part though is the complete lack of Xbox customization and those stupid ads and progressive messages they constantly shove in your face. Not to mention their recommended games, which are games I would never play. Never going back to that horrible platform. 1:25

As a die hard Xbot who’s been there from the beginning it’s hard to hear that the likes of Halo, Gears and Forza making the jump to midstation. Don’t care if the go to Ninty but I’d hate to see them on midstation! Only because the pony’s would be even more unbearable. But I’ve given it some thought it actually means more players for the multiplayer portion’s of those games which is a good thing!

I've been with Xbox since the OG and the Xbox brand has certainly changed since then. If I'm honest I'm actually excited to see where this all goes. Having multiple different devices and being able to play my Xbox catalogue of games on them is great. I purchased Dragon Quest 3 2D/HD yesterday and the Xbox version is the play anywhere version and I'm visiting my parents this weekend and I'm able to download and play it on my MSI Claw. So not only has it saved me money and I've not had to buy the PC version of Dragon Quest 3 but I'm also able to play it on a handheld PC anywhere I go. People who keep saying this is the end of Xbox haven't got a clue what they're on about. Microsoft knows exactly what they're doing and this is the future of gaming. TeamGreenAllTheWay!

I would have bought the PC version on Steam, which would have let me play the game anywhere but I do have an Xbox and when Sony and Nintendo are doing nothing like this to let you purchase one version of a game and let you play both the console and PC version on multiple different devices how is this not pushing the boundaries of video gaming? Whilst this is informative and interesting I think we really need to focus on the amazing games we have right now. There are about 20 titles I have purchased but haven’t played yet. The current crop of games are really amazing for the most part. Plus we have loads of potentially brilliant new games coming up including but not exclusive to fable, gta 6 and Arc too. I am currently overwhelmed and blops 6 is eating up all my time. I’m addicted.
